This 150-acre property has been in our family for 32 years and now houses three generations. Built in 1900 it was a traditional dairy farm until the 50's and 60's when potatoes were planted on the fields for the Boston and New York markets. By the 70's and 80's it became a gentleman's farm for a retired couple from New York City and the dairy farmers nearby hayed the fields. When we purchased the property in 1993 we continued offering the hay, built greenhouses, planted vegetable and flower gardens, ran a traditional Bed and Breakfast, now airbnb. We leased some of the fields to a local organic seed company for 13 years until they purchased their own property. The farm remains certified organic and is still being hayed by a local dairy farm, the gardens are community managed using regenerative and sustainable practices when ever possible. In the commercial garden, seed crops are being planted once again. Much of the cultivated agricultural land is protected under the Vermont Land Trust, to ensure that it remains used for agricultural purposes. We love to share our farm and forest with others. In addition to our very intentional farming operations, you can find wild edibles tucked away on forest trails. Wildlife and wildflowers abound. Views and sunsets. Weekend Trip to Pine Cone Cabin

Small, cozy, and warm cabin. It snowed 2/3 days we were there, and wood stove kept us toasty! Dog’s enjoyed the little trail to the power lines in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Weekend Trip to Pine Cone Cabin

The cabin was a perfect retreat for my husbands birthday. Our dogs enjoyed all of the outdoor adventures and cozying up with the wood stove. There’s enough creature comforts to feel at ease while also enjoying the simplicity of being in the woods.

Site #6 was on the other side of the field from where we stayed at site seven, but was just as charming!

This was our second time at Sandy’s property and we can’t decide what our favorite season to visit is! There are so many amazing qualities: privacy, lack of light pollution, views, etc. that already have us planning our next visit. The sauna is an absolute must for us as it completely helps us rejuvenate our souls.

2 nights at ADK Saddle Hill

A great, convenient, and thoughtfully laid out site. I stayed two nights while exploring the trails and really enjoyed the view over the field with their horses during the day and the stars at night were amazing. The outhouse was convenient and clean as well. I definitely plan on returning someday soon!

Great site with close proximity to Stowe. Seamless check-in; we just confirmed we had arrived. Host was helpful with restaurant recommendations. Others have pointed out that there are houses surrounding the site. I had read the reviews so this was no surprise. We angled our van so that we had the mountain views. I would camp here again.

The Farm was great site. We had plenty of privacy. The views were beautiful. Super easy check in and with clear Instructions. The location was perfect for Vermont as we did some hiking, and visited Burlington. Support local business.

A beautiful setting with views to distant mountains. We had privacy and she maintains some walking trails near the sight. We didn’t go see her pond but she told us about it when we stopped to talk to her and her son while they were in their greenhouse. We will definitely be back again and explore a little more.
