The Penfield Tiny house is fully loaded with heat, electricity, stove, water, shower, composting toilet, and washer/dryer! Our 8' by 30' home sits on a 2 acre field surrounded by Vermont forest...a great place to get away from the grind. Easily accessible from the road but the tree coverage blocks all views to neighbors. It's a great place to sit by the firepit, see the stars and hike the forest. A quick drive to state parks, lake Champlain, and many river holes. We are located 14 miles from Smugglers Notch Ski area, 20 miles to Burlington, and 65 miles to Montreal, if you're looking for more nightlife.Stay at our lux 8' by 30' tiny house on a 2 acre field in the secluded hills of Vermont! Fully loaded with access to heat, water and electricity. The house features a full kitchen with sink, 3 burner stove, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a sink, fully enclosed glass shower, washer/dryer, and composting toilet. Loft has a queen bed and the downstairs bedroom has a twin trundle that converts to king, upon request. There is a back deck with a charcoal grill and a firepit on the front field. Plenty of parking for cars. (NO SMOKING IN HOUSE.)

Charming and peaceful retreat!

What an amazing little place! My mom, kids, and I enjoyed our time here so much. It was such a peaceful little spot. We loved the beautiful modern farmhouse decor. The space was so functional for what we needed - such a spacious and well thought out tiny house! We loved it all but it’s worth nothing that the beds were so incredibly comfortable! Jamie and Adam were such kind and helpful hosts and had great information to share with local recommendations! We enjoyed a campfire at night under a beautiful starry sky - such a beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Definitely put this on your list!

Jamie and Adam were great hosts and their tiny house was everything we were hoping for! They went above and beyond to welcome us into their space, recommend local attractions, and respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Jamie's tiny home! Very clean (and *very* cute)...it had everything we needed for our two-night stay! We didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor fire due to the weather but it was a great feature.

The tiny home is awesome, and feels even more spacious and functional than we expected! Having 2 separate sleeping areas was perfect for our family. Jamie and Adam were excellent hosts - very helpful and generous!

Everything I needed

Really enjoyed my stay at the tiny house. I happened to be there when it started out quite warm and then ended pretty chilly, so having the ability to access heat and open the windows was just perfect. The house had everything I needed, and I loved how many windows there were, so I could look out at all the fall leaves. The hosts were great, I would definitely stay there again.
