Site 1 (with entrance 70 yards south of the farmhouse) is best for camping in with up to 20 foot trailers or multiple tents …on the large flat spaces in the 25 acre field to choose from. Great Well water available near farmhouse. Biodegradable soaps Only if used in the ponds. Double Olympic sized Swim Pond we stock with Rainbow Trout to keep clear. We have been advised Not to allow imported firewood (can import Wood Beetle dangerous for our forest). - PLEASE use the Firewood bundle tubs we provide ($12.50) - pick up at the farmhouse or pull wood from the woods (and make it safer for use). The site is located on a lovely mountain brook in Huntington. The small 8' x 8' cabin includes a queen bed with a mattress protector (you provide your own linens, blankets, and pillows), a small wood stove, and a bedside table. The large windows overlook the falls, and you’ll fall asleep to the sound of the waterfalls and brook. There are drawers for storage under the bed. The site is accessed by a gravel driveway off a Class 4 road, and you can park close to the site. In winter, when there is snow on the ground, the Class 4 road isn’t plowed past the bridge, so you’ll need to walk in—about 50 yards from the parking area. Firewood is provided for the wood stove. The site is near our home (about 100 meters away through the woods) but is relatively private. It’s within a short drive or bike ride to some of the best mountain biking and hiking (Camel’s Hump, Mount Abe) and cross-country skiing (Sleepy Hollow, Camel’s Hump Nordic, Catamount Trail) in Vermont. We are 15 minutes from Richmond and Hinesburg, 20 minutes from Mad River Glen, and just a half hour from Burlington. The site does get cell reception, but the cabin has no electricity or other facilities, so all waste must be packed out. We provide a bucket commode, but please bring your own trash bags to pack out all waste.

Wonderfully warm and curated cozy cabin! It was a wet, chilly, late fall weekend and we were so comfortable in Robbin’s tiny house. Everything was just as described and we likewise had everything + more we needed. Really enjoyed the sound system and super appreciated the ample water provided. Love the added space of the lofted bed. The pull down ladder went with the overall fun, creative vibe of the spot. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed the horse run in! The run in was clean and had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub, and fire pit. We found the dvd player, books, and record player charming. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed the town of Londonderry. While the listed rules were a bit overwhelming, Ben and Loana were very kind and hospitable and easy to deal with (it was only surprising bc the rules had set a bit of a different tone). I would highly recommend.

Staying in Oma’s cabin was beautiful. The cabin feels handmade down to the smallest detail. You can feel the hosts’ Erin and Philip’s care in everything about the place. Excellent kitchen set up with everything necessary to cook meals and clean up. The stove kept the cabin warm and comfortable when it was cold and windy outside. Luna the dog came by to say hi. Fire pit is great for having a fire under the stars. Walking distance to a great hiking trail. Really just a perfect off-grid cabin in the woods.
