Do not tie your dog to electrical boxes or water hookups. Barking dogs may be unpleasant to your campground neighbors, do not leave your dog tied up unattended or barking. Dogs are not allowed in the building. Owners are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet to person, property or other pets. Dogs may not wonder through any other camp site. Our park is located right next to BLM land with miles and miles of trails, perfect for an adventure with you and your furry family. If our policy isn’t followed it will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
•Children must be attended at all time by an adult according to state law. •Parents are responsible for all damages caused by their children.
•No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. No alcohol allowed in building at any time. No alcohol on trails or in any motor vehicle.
•No leaving air conditioners on all day while you are out, no leaving air conditioner running all night.
•Do not move fire pits.
•Please secure your own valuables. The resort cannot be responsible for loss or theft.
•The resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around resort.
•No washing cars, ATV’s or RV’s is allowed on property
•Quiet Times are from 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.
•Garbage – Guest are responsible to pick up all their garbage and dump it in out campground dumpster located on the east end of the campground. •Please ask front desk if you have any questions.
•Please do not park on grass or in vacant spots.
•No removal or cutting of any trees, plants, or natural materials.
•Use of firearms, archery, or any type of weapon is prohibited.
•No FIREWORKS are allowed in the park.
•Please do not walk through neighbor’s campsite.
•5 MPH Speed Limit.
•No major repairs, oil changing or radiator flushing may be done on property.
• Fires are only allowed in our approved fire pits. Tents and all flammable items must be kept at least six (6) feet away from the fire pit.
•No smoking in any building – complying with the Utah Clean Air Act.
•All guest shall remove all personal property, debris and litter prior to departing their site.
•If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of you scheduled arrival date, the site will be made available to public.
•Disclaimer: Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations at any time. Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort will not be held responsible for loss, damages or claims for damages to property or guest due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. Our latest addition! A "cowboy cabin" is a simple cabin somewhere between camping and a hotel room. •If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of you scheduled arrival date, the site will be made available to public.

I loved this site!!! Everything was so well done and put together. There were signs right out front to indicate the campsite which was necessary since we arrived at night on both days. We were given a clear map and wifi info before we arrived to help us. It was a wonderful experience!

I was visiting In a 19’ Sprinter and my sidekick Olaf a morkie, and we had a great experience for 2 nights. Site had electric and water. Fire pit and picnic table. The bathrooms were clean and warm and included the shower. Nice community area with lots of games inside for kids. It was close to road so could hear in the day but quiet at night.

What a great site by which to gain access to Bryce Canyon NP. Very easy off/easy on location with really clean facilities. The moonrise is beautiful and Panguitch is a classic small western town. Well done 👍👍

Very nice little park. Very clean bathrooms with showers. Just a few minutes away from town. Wifi was nonexistent at our site #10 but good up by the cabin. Site has wilderness right behind it. We saw plenty of wildlife. The road noise was pretty heavy from early morning to late evening, but it was hunting season. With the windows closed up the road noise was not bad at all. The camp host Rachel was very helpful. There is a game room with lots to do. Air hockey, pool, foosball, and ping pong. We will definitely be back again.

RV park was impeccably maintained, restrooms and showers always clean. Easy friendly check in and nicely spaced, some with room for campfires. A variety of spaces, great location, will stay here again.

Perfect location to explore Cedar City and just 25 minutes to Zion Kolob Canyon entrance. Super clean bathrooms and nice to have a small laundry facility. Great hikes within just 2 miles and also paved bike path into Cedar City just 2 miles down the road. Loved the size of the RV park- NOT a giant place and each site was well sized without being on top of each other. This time of year was stellar for seeing fall leaf color

The park is really pretty and well laid out and spacious. Everything was neat and clean and the hosts were really friendly and even helped us out with an electric issue on our camper
Well situated between Bryce and Zion so we highly recommend it.

Great place to make base camp and explore southern Utah’s beauty. The place is super clean and the staff super friendly. Close to all conveniences if needed. Only draw back is road noise in the AM, we will stay there again, Thank you cedars canyon retreat for making our stay wonderful,

Amy, the camp host, went out of her way to welcome us to the camp & made sure we had everything we needed. While, not located amongst the red rock formations that are so popular in the area, we found the wide view of the mountains & farm land to be beautiful! The bathrooms were cleaned daily, the water was hot, and the laundry facilities were clean & functional. Our only complaint is that the campground is very close to a county highway & therefore, there is a lot of road noise. We camped in a tent & ended up using ear plugs. We stayed 4 nights.
