Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
PERFECT PLACE TO VIEW THE STARRY SKY! Undeveloped property next to Manning Creek for RV dry camping. No electricity, water or bathroom facilities. RV's must be self contained. Site #1 has room for 4 RV's, Site #2 has room for 2 RV's. Can book both sites to accomodate 6 RV's. Surrounded by trees to provide a private camp experience. Some trees are dead, others alive. Lots of dead tree branches can be picked up and used for firewood. 1 fire pit in each campsite. No lawn area. Beautiful views of surrounding mountains. Great place to take ATV's. Camp is next to Paiute ATV Trail system. Quiet. Amazing bright stars at night. Hiking, walking, trail running, biking are available from the campground. Manning Creek Resort and Rock Shop (1 mile) Fishing in Manning Creek, Sevier River (5 Miles), Piute Reservoir (15 miles) with a valid Utah Fishing License. Rockhounds can find Chalcedony Roses and other precious minerals within walking distance. Boating available at Piute Reservoir (15 Miles). Convenience stores, Restaurants, Gas Stations available in Marysvale, Utah (10 Miles). Cottontails, jackrabbits, chukar partridge, deer nearby. Coyotes, bobcats and cougars live in the area, but rarely seen.Park your RV surrounded by trees for a private spot that you or your group can use as a base camp for adventure. Quiet place to relax. Very primitive. Plan rides on over 1,000 miles of scenic mountain ATV Trails. Hike up the creek, climb the hills and cliffs, fish Manning Creek, relax in camp and read in quiet serenity.
