Nestled on the side of famous Big Rock Candy Mountain, "Fool's Gold" is 1-1/3 acres with a small RV pad (no longer that 16') with available hook ups and larger fully contained RV parking in the large cul-de-sac. Across the road is the Sevier River with tubing and rafting as well as Big Rock Candy scenic bike trail. A 1/4 mile down the road is Paiute Trail System, Deer Creek Canyon trail #74 that connects to the main Paiute Trail system with over 1,500+ miles of ATV, UTV and Jeep trails.
