Private and gated RV pad site in the center of Grass Valley with majestic views of Monroe Mountain and the Fish Lake High Top. Enjoy the privacy of a fenced property with easy access. There is a large area for turning and backing your RV. Located in a rural small town with all the charm — visit the local Merc or grab dinner at the cafe. The gravel RV pad and driveway are located on the west side of the cabin. Utility hookup includes: one (1) 30-amp electrical service, one (1) 120V electrical service outlet, sewer clean-out, and water hydrant. The back patio makes a perfect spot for viewing the night sky. This site is great for a motorhome or trailer.A private and gated property with a gravel RV pad next to the cabin at the "KB Ranch". This is a family property where we like to get away to the high mountain valleys and enjoy the Monroe Mountain and Fish Lake area of South Central Utah.

Vehicles under 60 feet allowed

Plenty of room to turn around. You can use the gravel site as the primary site.

Allowed rigs: travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, class A RVs, class B RVs, class C RVs, campervans, cars, truck campers, and rooftop tents

If you have a a trailer or motorhome, the KB Ranch RV Pad site can handle it. Pull through or back in to the spot.
