Ingrid, owner of Khushatta Hills Ranch is a retired educator, and air force veteran who has always wanted to offer an escape to peace and tranquility. Her family has owned this beautiful piece of land on the doorstep of Sam Houston National Forest for over 5 generations.
From the origins of Khushatta Hills Ranch in 1871, the women in her family have cared for the land, using it to grow local produce to feed multiple families in the area, to now opening the space for visitors to relax and enjoy. Ingrid is passionate, and ambitious, and wants to continue her family legacy with this luxury camping site near Lake Livingston. Her goal has been to create a modern and eco-friendly environment by establishing a community of luxury camping in Texas. Are you looking for a unique place to spice up your trip? Have you ever slept in a bubble? Well, come try it out at Bespoke Outdoor Bubbles! This is truly a once in a lifetime find. When you stay in one of our inflatable bubbles on the farm with an enormous pool, not only do you get to experience something new and exciting, you also have access to so many fun things to do! The coolest part? The top is transparent, so you can fall asleep wishing on a star.
This inflatable bubble is anchored to a sturdy wooden deck and inflated with an air blower. There is a retractable awning that covers each bubble reducing the green-house effect during the daytime and can be opened to reveal the beautiful skyline during the day or the wonderous starlit sky at night.
Inside you’ll find a cozy king bed that can comfortably sleep up to three guests (2 adults and 1 child).
There is air conditioning and heating inside as well as a full private bathroom. The bathroom even has a clawfoot tub! Toiletries are provided for you during your stay.
The bubble is located in Sam Houston National Forest on a beautiful ranchette of almost 8 acres. On the ranchette you’ll be able to see chickens, turkeys (seasonal), goats, pigs, rabbits, and a garden near the home
as well as livestock grazing in the pastures. Wildlife is present in the forest, so there are some food restrictions inside the bubble to keep you safe. (See “rules to keep in mind”)
A pathway that is clear during the day and perfectly lit for
your convenience at night takes you directly to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. There, you will have access to a BBQ pit, an outdoor pavilion, pool, hot tub, and pool house. If you’d like to have some fun, games like corn hole, oversized connect-four, water volleyball, and horseshoes for you to enjoy. If you’d like to relax, kick back in a hammock and take a nap in the fresh breeze.
The fire pit is open to all guests! Feel free to make s’mores, hot dogs, burgers, or whatever you’d like! Campfires are the perfect way to end any summer day.

The RV has an open concept, so it’s easy to move around. A comfortable sofa that can be made up with twin sheets as a sleeper for a child. The bathroom is small and reflects a typical RV set-up (the hot water tank is small RV sized, so plan showers accordingly). There is a built in bar for eating or using a laptop. There is an area rug in the sofa area, but the rest of the flooring is solid surface. You may want some slippers or house socks.The property is spacious and there is plenty of room for parking, even with a trailer attached.You may encounter pets on the property. Also, this is East Texas— natural wildlife still exists here. That includes an occasional snake, lizard, armadillo, and/or bug, among other things. Warm weather is mosquito season. Make sure you bring repellent.I provide a few snacks, as well as milk, orange juice, eggs, and butter. If you’re bringing a pet, there is a dog bed, and food and water bowls. I throw in a few treats, too!
