We were so lucky to find this beautiful property for an overnight stop between San Antonio and New Orleans. Gary was kind enough to take our same day reservation, even though they were already heading out for the day. He gave us instructions on getting in and we were set up in no time. Wonderful level pull through sites with hookups, one with a concrete pad, which we appreciated.
We sat outside enjoying the sunset and admiring the horses in the beautiful green pastures.
Only issue was the dogs barking at our presence because the owners were away, but they quieted down once they got home, about the time we were going to bed.
We got to meet Gary in the morning, he was very apologetic about the dogs, and we had a great chat with him about the property before we headed back on the road.
Really enjoyed our short stay, thank you Gary!

Our stay here was very nice. It was relaxing to sit and watch the horses! Having full hookups was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

It is the perfect distance to reground after driving through Houston or if you’re heading west to rest & refresh beforehand. The quiet & peace are refreshing after a long day driving.

Our stat at Providence Farm and Ranch was wonderful. Gary the host was so easy on communication and such a wonderful person. Its a beautiful, quiet place. We will be back when going through Texas. Highly recommend Providence Farm & Ranch. 😊

This place is quiet, just far enough off the interstate to eliminate noise but close enough to be parked in less than 5 minutes leaving I-10. Nice level concrete pad and Gary communicates well for any questions. All utilities in great shape, better than RV parks.

Great spot for the night. Water electric and sewer. Watched the horses and cow in field. Very windy but nice stop. No trees which was fine for us because still cool but could get hot in summer. Thanks for a wonderful spot to stay

Our stay at Gary’s was perfect. The site was level, access was easy and hookups were new and very convenient! Plus we got to see the sunset! Gary was great with communication and even lent us a ladder in our time of need. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

This place was great. The host let us tent camp in an RV spot and we had water and electricity. The land is very clean and well kept and the host was very kind to us when we needed a few things. The horses were friendly and seemed to enjoy pets, we were just asked not to feed them. We liked that this place wasn't in the middle of no where so we could conveniently get to stores and also had phone service. There was a little highway noise but it wasn't bothersome, it mostly sounded like wind.
