Tucked beneath towering pines and surrounded by Angelina National Forest, it’s the perfect place to reconnect and slow life down.
Anglers will love being this close to one of the best bass lakes in the country. Powell Park Marina is only five minutes away, offering easy boat launches, rentals, fuel, and supplies—so you can start your morning on the water chasing trophy bass and end it by the fire with someone special.
The property itself feels like your own nature sanctuary. Deer wander through the woods, birds greet you at sunrise, and quiet trails weave through the forest just steps from your door. At the heart of the land is a beautiful six-acre pond with an island in the center, reached by charming wooden bridges.
It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, reading together, fishing, or capturing unforgettable photos. Currently, we have two resident bald eagles who have made a nest at the top of a pine tree next to our pond. We're not sure how long they'll stay, but if you come soon, you may get a glimpse of them soaring overhead as you relax by the water.

Step outside and you’re surrounded by towering pines, dense woods, and total privacy. The property borders Angelina National Forest, so expect wildlife: deer at dawn, birdsong in the mornings, and peaceful forest silence throughout the day.
