Our stay in the safari tent was really nice. Exactly as pictured and described! The setup was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a camping trip without the hassle of packing heavy gear. Lost horizon was a great experience for us. I’m in my 40’s and we enjoy camping but I am not into communal living or multiple units close together. This offered the seclusion we wanted and a fair price. You will need a 4x4 vehicle or at least a full size suv to get down the last stretch of road to the sites. Everything else is just as noted on the site and within the website for the property. Don’t hesitate to book!

Super cute and great campsite! Includes clean flushable toilets, sinks with running water/hand soap, outdoor showers with hot/cold water (very spacious to put your stuff without getting wet), lots of hammocks and benches. Only downsides are no potable water to use/refill (even though it is marked as "potable water available" on the website), and the primitive campsite is a little farther away (downhill) from parking/toilets. Otherwise, great campsite and includes free yoga/classes, and has a 24/7 mini market with food/coffee (venmo).

This is a very cool glamping destination! My family of 5 + 2 dogs loved staying out at Stacie & Jeremy’s location. The river access is within the gated neighborhood and we went there 4 times to play. Took advantage of the proximity to Colorado Bend St Park too. Very responsive owner though we didn’t have any issues. We’ve done a lot of camping and glamping over the years, this one ranks near the top.

I loved tent camping here. We had a very quiet site next to the entrance. The clubhouse was wonderful and also had popcorn available for us to have. The bathrooms were immaculate and just spotless.
