Absolutely NO HUNTING ALLOWED. We feed the deer. And the Longhorns! If you'd like to feed them too we can leave a bag of deer corn or cow cubes and you can feed them as well. Hand feeding the Longhorns is a true experience.
The property is been completely fenced. Please close and secure gate after entering and exiting with the lock provided. Code provided before arrival. There is a manual gate and a automatic gate you will be given the code for both.

This a "want to camp" campground and not a living solution. If you "need to camp" due to financial or other reasons, Camp EZ will likely not be a good fit for you. 6 nights maximum stay. Not suitable for very young children. Please include your child in your count. Campfires in designated area only with permission (burn ban sometimes). Bring firewood.
Community vibe 'round here; everyone is expected to be quiet and respectful of one another and clean up after themselves "leave no trace" style. Six night maximum stay.
Bring a tent and gear needed to be comfortable. 2 private hot outdoor showers, rustic kitchen and 2 charming flush restrooms included. Wood fired sauna available. Visitors are expected to clean up after themselves especially in the kitchen, showers, restroom and, of course, your campsite. Trash and recycle containers are around or, better yet, pack it out!
We are a 2 acre community on a secret and secluded little street 5 miles due South of the capitol of TX and even closer (2.5) to the very hip SoCo area (Continental Club, Jo's Coffee, Guero's Taco Bar, El Mercado and lots more). I have 3 cats, 11 chickens, 2 little donkeys and sweet 4 mini goats here at my little and funky 'farmette' right on Williamson Creek (sometimes flowing and not really swimmable) and next to a huge wooded greenbelt with a quiet and unused nature trail. This is not a KOA or a state park. This is a home hostel/campground. It's kind of rustic and we like it that way. You may see a roach, ant or cricket and you may also see a deer, fox or coyote. We are busy and not always able to visit for long. Lots of remodeling and flood related cleanup chaos here but also lots of pretty and secluded nature. Short walk to bus stop and historic Sagebrush HonkyTonk and Austin Bergstrom Airport is 9 easy highway miles away. Rustic outdoor shower/kitchen/privy. BYOTent. No wild or excessive partying here please and please remember: no smoking. WE NOW HAVE A COVERED PING-PONG PLAYING AREA !

Street parking. Camping is a very short walk from parking lot. We have carts to tote your gear if needed. Sorry, this campground is not set up to be able to park next to your site. We do not supply towels, toiletries, tents or bedding.

I loved the land it was clean beautiful easy to find. Beautiful camping spot. Owners answered my questions Mr.Chad took us to our spot and was friendly and helpful made my children feel safe because they were a little scared of the Longhorns but they never came near our camping spot. Incredible piece of property just outside downtown Blanco, but far enough away to feel like you’re truly alone. William was an awesome host and very responsive to all our questions. The property, camp site and restroom were clean and easy to find. Easy hikes and we didn’t even get to see all the property! We will absolutely Be back to enjoy all that Williams property has to offer. The only thing I could ask for would be a proper picnic table in the oak grove instead of the small metal table, but we made it work. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this site, or any of the others in the future! We will be back!

Ranch 3232 was amazing! Very well kept up and all the right things needed for a great outdoor camping experience! Amenities were fantastic and our primitive campsite was secluded and draped in nature. The kids had a blast exploring the land.

I have camped at this property before but always at the Live Oak Vista. This was my first time camping at the hill side live oak Grove, and I loved it! The views were amazing, and it felt very private. The site itself was so sprawled out, and just overall a perfect campsite. I also feel like I heard and saw more wildlife at this location which I loved. i will always keep coming back to this property, I have camped at several other hipcamps and this one is still my favorite. Also Blanco is my favorite Texas town.

Great spot with awesome view. Very relaxing. Lots of deer. Coyotes howling in the distance. Was worried we wouldn’t make it up the short drive pulling a small high clearance camper due to one small section, but after a few attempts was able to make it with a Subaru. Will be back for sure. It’s also close to town if you want to run out.

Private primitive camping spot. You are able to park your car close. Shaded. Woke up to turkeys gobbling a couple mornings and my last morning there were cows crazing on the pasture property next to this campsite! :)
The shared kitchen was nice, and if you need to boil water to make food, note it took quite a long time for the pot of water to boil, so take that into consideration for any foods you may want to cook on the double burner.
Loved the private bathrooms. They are “outside”/open air- meaning there is no ceiling, but there is the large roof that covers the entire area. There’s also a fan for hot weather and a heater for cool weather to help make the space more comfortable.
I would definitely camp here again as it was a good location to access Pedernales Falls SP and other local hiking spots/state parks.

Location: site 5. Rating 5. On site property management - awesome and super hospitable. Hiking by the river, awesome. Bring wading boots as the river is shallow enough to walk across. Amazing views! Game warden came by and gave out stickers to kids. Bring off road truck for across the river bed, nice rock trail for it.

We booked this stay last minute, and the owner was incredibly accommodating from the start. After running into unexpected car trouble, we didn’t arrive until midnight — and he still came out to show us the site without hesitation. That level of kindness and hospitality truly meant a lot to us.
The property itself was peaceful and quiet. We were the only campers there, which made it feel even more relaxing and private. No one bothered us, and we were able to fully unwind and enjoy our time.
We had an amazing experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I were camping throughout most of Texas when we stayed at camp EZ for a few nights. It's was a great experience overall. Everyone was very friendly and the outdoor showers were amazing! We stayed in a tent and still have privacy and you don't really hear traffic noise. Waking up to the sounds of all the birds was very relaxing. We'll definitely be back later this year.

Camp EZ in Austin was fabulous! There is a local hotel in Austin with the slogan “so close, but so far out” and that fits Camp EZ perfectly as well. The camp is located in the middle of South Austin and very close to Downtown. James was an excellent host and the atmosphere at camp was peaceful, eclectic and had a nice rural feel due to some cute farm animals on the premises (in their pens of course). I would love to come back out again to camp.

I loved camping on Michelle’s land! My campsite felt secluded and the stars were so bright at night. The hosts were very communicative and made us feel very welcome.

We loved Primitive I- it was very secluded and away from the other campers! The water spigot isn’t at the site, but instead, up at the community area. The bathroom and showers were also clean, but it was near the entrance, away from the camp site. We would camp here again!
