Easy to find, wide open spaces, plentiful wildlife, plenty of privacy. For me, I honestly don't think I could have asked for more. This is a great spot, you won't regret staying here. I'm already wanting to be back!

Jody's hideaway was a great spot. Easy to find. Gate has a clear sign on it. Just inside the gate is a mailbox with a nice handrawn map of the property for reference. You're free to camp anywhere, but if you go to the back section where the wooded area is are several spots to camp. Campers are free to explore anywhere and even drive the property, just stay on the perimeter of the hay fields. I definitely recommend this hipcamp.

I enjoyed my stay at the Relay Station Cabin. Sarah was quick to help me get somethings I needed. It's a very authentic feeling rustic cabin and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Very cool campsite and tent. Took kids and they enjoyed it. Great condition and clean. Lots of room on the inside and very comfortable. Chairs and fire pit provided outside the tent. Highly recommend.

After weather conditions ruined our area Ms. Dana accommodated us to a cabin! We had a great time! Such a great space for the kiddos and fur babies to run around. Even got to meet Miss Chica 🐈‍⬛ Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the afternoon on the property cruising around in the paddle boat and our evening was fantastic with the sunset views, bonfire, hot tub and a restful night of sleep in the yurt. Rachel and family could not have been nicer - I hope you enjoy their little piece of paradise as much as we did.

sarah was extremely accommodating n her hospitality was out of this world. me n my best friend had an *amazing* time on the property n we even were given the option to stay in the dome rather than the tent since it was going to be a cold night. will def be coming back!

Firefly ranch is a must do! Amazing host! Beautiful land to camp on, plenty of privacy, great campfire pits, plenty of wildlife, no light pollution, and say hello to the amazing dogs out there! 😊 We are looking to come back when the fireflies are in season! 😊

I thought it was an exceptional piece of Texas land. There are many places to choose from. Reception is good in case of emergency. Lots of dead wood for fire wood. The hardest part was getting to the destination ( shouldn’t have been that hard 😂 ). Very drivable car paths. Very clean out house. It is remote enough to forget about the outside world. Really fun if you’re getting into a camping. Michael is a fantastic host. Would 1000% recommend. Perfect for practicing my One Piece impressions. Everyone should watch One Piece.

Beautiful! Got to wake up and take our dogs for a walk exploring the land and they found a the best place to have fun, get muddy and rest! Absolutely beautiful and secluded we had a great time! Thank you so much for having us and I’m so glad I found this website!

Fully furnished glamping canvas bell tents, with premier tents on platforms with electric (and Kuerig coffee pots and coffee!). Sleep 2 - 10 comfortably, depending on the size tent. Tents range in size from 10 - 20 feet. Glamping vintage trailers are available too, and are also fully furnished with electric. The fully renovated vintage trailers sleep 2-3 people each. Or bring your own small to mid-size RV, tent, or car/truck/van and pick a cool cleared or primitive site of your choice. We also have 5 electric 30 Amp hookup available. The camp is surrounded by farms and ranches, wineries offering music options (one is dog friendly!). Lake Conroe is 20 minutes to the east. Amenities include a cowboy pool, courtyard seating and camp fire pit, hot showers, bathrooms (currently port-a-potties), fiber wifi, and a potable water/filling station. The property borders a small creek and has abundant trees, and wildlife. Beautiful views from every vantage with a high field on one half of the property and a low bottom land near the creek where there are many options for a relaxing, private stay. Chose big sky or a more secluded spot. Incredible wildflowers on display in the spring. The property is not bordered by close neighbors or dense housing, just more land so sunsets and rises are wonderful and open. Low ambient light pollution at night means the stars are very bright (and so are the fireflies)! Guests are required to communicate estimated time of arrival well in advance. When arriving, make sure to meet Aaron or a designate at the red gate before entering further into the property. If tent camping, please do not bring glass containers, also you must pack out all garbage and waste. Inquire ahead of time to see if firewood is available to be gathered on site, or if you will need to bring your own. No uninvited guests without 24 hour prior approval, and additional guest fees paid. Also please no more than one dog per site.
