The Texas Music River Ranch is 111 acres located in the quaint village of Webberville, Texas, only 20 miles east of downtown Austin. The large oak and pecan trees amid the rolling green hills of this gorgeous ranch land are nestled on the banks of the lazy Colorado River.
Swim, kayak, or canoe...but there’s no better way to beat the legendary Texas heat than by grabbing an inner tube and enjoying a calm, steady float along a river known for an abundance of fossils and its wildlife. Bring your own tubes, kayaks and canoes, we are currently replenishing our inventory.
Or perhaps you prefer to fish the shady tree-lined banks. Either way, you'll see a variety of birds while you relax on or beside the cool waters of the Colorado River.
We're kid and dog friendly and we love musicians. Bring an instrument and join us for an impromptu jam session in our special events room or around the campfire. Cook dinner on our BBQ pit. Firewood is available onsite

DO NOT BOOK
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this campsite! The host never answered any of my calls, I tried several times, the host was nowhere to be found in the grounds, no one was there to greet us to show us where anything was. We were told we would have fire starters to start off our campfire which wasn’t true, there was nothing and no one was on the campgrounds to ask for help! The garbage was completely overflowed and the portable toilets were unusable and filled to the top! To make things even worse we felt 100% unsafe as there were gunshots echoing throughout the campsite from 6pm until 2am which we then decided to leave the site as we felt unsafe with wild rabid stray dogs on the site as well! I am demanding a refund! I’m Highly disappointed with my experience!

Very friendly host / staff (Geronimo). Beautiful, natural campsites. Great access to the river, too. Very easy drive and access Austin. Highly recommended!

Over rated. Not clean. Unsafe.
Overall mediocre experience.
Host “Geronimo” never answered my calls or texts when we arrived at the sight.
A random guy “Todd” that lives in an RV at the site told me to just go in and setup anywhere.
All 4 port-a-potties were full to the brim with poo. We opted to use the tree line instead.
Trash was piled up next to the potties.
There’s a full grown Pit Bull named “Camo” that is unchained and roams freely in the camp grounds.
We heard gun shots (pistol and assault rifle) until around 10pm.
Oh and there was a random dude shouting curse words throughout the night.
If you are looking for peace, quiet and serenity, this is NOT the campsite for you.

I’ll be going back for sure.
Campsite was awesome. Right by the river and close to the road with a fire pit and picnic table and chopping block for shopping firewood. What more could you ask for!

Great site, right on the river. I would recommend this to someone.
