Our property is meant to be calming, fun and relaxing.

Camping with class is what we like to say.

We are constantly upgrading our areas and property to be safe and entertaining.

 Our pond is charming and the focal point of the camping adventure.

 We have a paddle boat and an electric john boat to toodle around in.

 Want to go fishing? 

The pond is stocked with bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill and perch.

There is also a small island we call “Angel Island” that you can fish from or just sit on the deck with your favorite beverage and enjoy the view.

There is a riding/walking trail that is approximately 0.7 miles in distance and basically encompasses the perimeter of the back area.

Walking is common, bikes are welcome and small 4 wheelers are also welcome.  No side by sides please.  

You won’t be over crowded here as we currently only have 7 total camping sites.  However, we do have enough property to accommodate large parties, reunions or any other type of get-togethers.

 Come see us and enjoy time away from the fast paced city!

 You might hear the sounds of the coyotes yipping in the night or perhaps one of the great horned owls calling out from a big oak tree.

 You may also see some deer, rabbits, squirrels and even armadillos.

** Special note - We have a very nice fireworks show on the property above the pond on the 4th of July weekend that all campers are invited to enjoy.

Briers  Ranch Primitive Camping

Briers Primitive Camping is about a half-mile thru two pastures off of FM 244. Some pasture, some woods, creek, gullies--lots to explore.

Learn more about this land:

Pitch your tent in a field or deep in the woods. Explore pasture, brushy areas, gullies, washouts, creek bed. Practice orienteering. Hike in the woods. Cut firewood and build a fire. Primitive camping for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, or others who just want to get away for a night, a weekend, or longer.

Property is very well located right close to all High ways: Hwy 290, FM 1488 and FM1098, which is further linked to " InterState i10 ", which runs East to West coast (Florida to California)
Campsite is: Best for nature lover.  Land is full of all those trees clusters uncut to keep it to PureNatural, at the same time some portion of the property are cleaned to camp for those who want to have more room around for manuring Campsite Qutub Baugh IS AT WALKING TO  A & M UNIVERSITY  PRAIRIE VIEW,   WITH ALL THE FACILITIES THERE AND ON 2~5 DRIVING DISTANCES.   A NEWLY   BUDDHIST TEMPLE IS BEING BUILT ON WALKING TO EXPLORE!Learn more about this land:Welcome to Qutub Baugh Campsite! The property is about 4 acres of raw land with access to all major highways. There is a private road from the campsites to the main road next to Texas A&M University Prairie View. All major highway 290, FM 1488 and FM 1098 only one minute drive away. Pitch your tent either by a small pond and watch geese swim by while trying your luck at catch and release fishing in the kayak or just sitting under a tree, or go into the wooded area in the back of the property and star gaze at night sitting by your campsites fire pit and nature watch on 10 privately owned acres, while being a 3 to 5 minute walk up to the above ground swimming pool located at the home front for use when reserved at time of booking.  Enjoy feeding apples to our two friendly horses or throwing out some treats to the geese and chickens that free roam all 10 acres. You are only a 15 minute drive into the rustic small cattle town of Madisonville or 30 minute drive into college station to see those Aggies play football.
