Our purpose is to offer you different accommodation options, so that you can live with your family and friends the experience of enjoying an unforgettable vacation in absolute comfort; without missing anything. You will find all sorts of ways to commune with nature at Lake Bastrop North Shore Park. Its 182 acres are nestled in the Lost Pines region and reside on Lake Bastrop – a place where fishermen thrive catching award-winning largemouth bass. Rent one of the park’s kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards or corcls (round watercraft for children) to take out on the lake. Pack your hiking boots and hit the 4.5-mile trail, offering an intermediate challenge for users with various inclines and descents, which connects to LCRA Parks’ Lake Bastrop South Shore Park. Along the trail, you can spot whitetail deer, jackrabbits, lizards and the occasional grey fox. Once you’ve arrived at the other park, you can show off your spike shot in a game of sand volleyball or tee off in a round of mini golf. Lake Bastrop North Shore Park also has a camp store for firewood, ice, snacks and souvenirs to make your camping experience even more pleasurable.

Our Sanctuary includes a young garden and organic orchard. The Eye of the Storm is a spiral labyrinth, inspired in part by the giant spiral at Calico Basin in Red Rock National Conservation Area just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. It is the featured part of a small Peace Garden and the larger Seed of Life intentional Essene community retreat center. At the center of the 32 foot wide limestone labyrinth are Nikola Tesla inspired coiled copper pipes topped with double terminated crystals to create a positive energy vortex. The labyrinth was installed in the Summer of 2022 and officially opened on International Peace Day 2022. It is listed on the World Wide Labyrinth Locator.

Numerous Energy Vortices connect underground within a rough triangular region between Austin, San Antonio and Llano, Texas. One of the largest outcroppings is called Enchanted Rock, a massive pink granite dome rising above Central Texas. The vortex energy spreads out south and eastwards from this special State protected Natural Area. The energy flows through telluric Ley Lines that cross over the Edwards Aquafer – one of the most prolific aquifers in the world – which spouts countless healing springs. At the very center of this energy vortex area lies the Texas Wine Trail between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The Seed of Life Sanctuary is along this highway and at the VERY center of this zone.

Gather for sacred ceremony on our Main Stage or in Ceremonial Ground on a magnificent splay of Limestone and Crystal-Rich granite. This outcropping is alongside a year-round spring-fed creek. Underneath the massive, ancient lava magma lava flow granite river rocks are large crystals, quartz, topaz and tourmaline. Standing barefoot on the rock you can feel the energy emanating upward. 

Al's Hideaway

Built on 20 acres that were once part of the Willow Springs Ranch, purchased by Gordon and Jennifer for the perfect setting of a life-long dream. Named after Jennifer's Grand Father that loved the Texas Hill Country and as a kid would bring her out and camp and enjoy the natural beauty.

Zubers River Camp is nestled in the hill country, on the beautiful spring fed Frio River, under the amazing Old Baldy. Family owned and operated for over 50 years, Zubers takes pride in remaining a family oriented and fun place to vacation. Whether you're interested in a rental cabin, an RV hookup, or a campsite with shelter, we can accommodate your needs. We have ample frontage on the Frio River so you can relax or enjoy some tubing.
We are a Family Oriented facility ... if you're coming to the Frio River just to party, please find somewhere else to stay.

Zubers River Camp offers 12 Cabins, 6 Shelters and 31 Full Hook-up RV sites. The famous Garner State Park dance starts every evening around dusk right across the river and goes until 11:00 pm.

Buck Acres near Lake Conroe, TX

The previous owner had plans to turn our property into a 42 site row by row RV Park. Once we saw the beauty of the property, we knew we had to keep it as wild and pristine as possible. On 6.5 acres the perfect number of sites was 18 keeping the large house for short-term rental (coming soon.)

Buck Acres is technically not even an RV park, we just want to share our property with fellow travelers so we added some gravel roads. The only amenities are a Wi-Fi, 50/30/20A plug-ins, a porta-john and water.

"Close to everything, away from it all"

We're in the country but close to city amenities and beautiful Lake Conroe. It's only a few minutes from April Sound and the largest marina on Lake Conroe, 8 minutes to Wal-Mart and Kroger, yet it's peaceful and quiet on our forested property. 

As full-time RV nomads ourselves we know RV park rates are getting crazy, Buck Acres is our attempt to help the community. We've done everything we can to keep rates down. The only amenities we offer are shade, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and an ADA porta john that is cleaned every week. 

Affordable RV parks shouldn't be sweltering parking lots where you're packed in like sardines! At Buck Acres we have 100' tall hardwoods and pines that have been trimmed up 60' for the safety of you and your rig!

Buck Acres is still under construction and it is a labor of love. All proceeds go immediately back into the park.

Climb into your Ford Thunderbird and drive out for a stay at the Stonewall Motor Lodge, nestled among 3-acres of trees between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. Initially built in 1964, this restored L-shaped motel combines modern luxury with a retro twist, featuring 12 remodeled rooms and 4 private cabins faithful to their mid-century modern roots and 4 RV sites.

We have a lovely ranch with 8 RV hook up sites! We are building a horse motel (coming soon) and have a large community fire pit next door at our Tiny Town at GSD Ranch (tiny home rentals).  Our hook ups include; 30/50 AMP, septic, water & trash).   We have several short term (day-week) rentals and 2 spots for longer term rentals. Situated just 3 miles out of Hico - a great little vacation spot- with the new downtown shopping, good foods and lovely dance/concert venue!!

Our spots are 50-45 feet deep (long); 11 feet wide, 30 Ft of post to post space for each RV spot.

Kaz always had a DREAM to help kids with Life Skills & Mentor in God’s Principles because she had Christian Mentors growing up! They were always there for her through her life & kept her focused down the right path & stayed out of trouble & learned a tremendous amount from them! Bill her husband supports her & they raised 7 children together & have 8 grandkids. Katz father was Aspergers Autistic and from 5 years old started showing Kaz hands on learning skills that are still instilled in her today! She found this to be a Valuable Lesson from her Dad. These methods & skills through the years working with her own children & other children through the years with different organizations
confirm to be very
beneficial and encouraging for the children growing up. Bill & Kaz have shared equally through all they’re projects during they’re 40 years of marriage. They’re Jack Of All Trades, Artists, Shown in Art Shows, Remodeled Homes, Churches, & Etc. They are able to teach others how to do things that can benefit kids till they graduate & have a better understanding of what they want to do in their lives as an adult & PLUS have the mentoring to guide them through life.
