If you "need to camp" due to financial or other reasons, Camp EZ will likely not be a good fit for you. 6 nights maximum stay. Not suitable for very young children. This is not a KOA or a state park. This is a home hostel/campground. It's kind of rustic and we like it that way. You may see a roach, ant or cricket and you may also see a deer, fox or coyote. We are busy and not always able to visit for long. Lots of remodeling and flood related cleanup chaos here but also lots of pretty and secluded nature. Short walk to bus stop and historic Sagebrush HonkyTonk and Austin Bergstrom Airport is 9 easy highway miles away. Rustic outdoor shower/kitchen/privy. BYOTent. . These are unique camping spots along the Guadalupe River. I didn’t exactly understand how unique until I started getting feedback from my campers. The surrounding scenery will lower your blood pressure and do wonders to let you reconnect with nature. Sit back and close your eyes late in the evening and listen to all the wildlife talking to each other. There is faint traffic noise from 90A about a 1/3 of a mile away but it calms down after 7 or so. Currently no amenities but I am in the plans for some portable bathrooms. Please be prepared to cover all your bathroom and cooking needs. I do have some good clean well water from a faucet on the way into the campgrounds. Campfires are permitted. There is a convenience store (Diamond A) with clean bathrooms and a great bbq just 5 miles to the west on 90A and a Walmart and HEB 10 miles to the east on 90A. (Both Diamond A and Walmart sell fishing licenses if you need one. Dogs are allowed at sites 3 and 4 but not at 1 or 2 where my livestock guardian dogs have access to. No matter the size or temperament of your pets you are always expected to have them under your control at ALL times. I have very small livestock in the area frequently I am almost always on the property and try to have my phone with me while campers are on site, just let me know what you need and I will do what I can to accommodate you. We enjoyed our stay out at 3 Dry Wells Ranch immensely! The campsite was level & secluded, yet had a stunning view of the Blasingame Valley. The oak trees were magnificent, they provided a welcome reprieve from the afternoon sun. The fire ring was placed where you could view the open sky, although we didn't use the it due to a burn ban (next time for sure!). We would love to come back 🏕️

This was such a great stop along our camping trip! The site was big enough for a group, although we only had two people. Plenty of space, a nice picnic table, firepit, etc. Easy to follow instructions to get to the site, with plenty of activities to do around the area. Our host Jana was responsive and communicative with good information. We would highly recommend and we will be back for another stay! Also a plus, they are pet friendly.

This is a wonderful place to camp. I went with some friends, and the site we were on (Pecan orchard river bottom) was perfect. It has a large, open, flat area with plenty of trees (and some great hammock spots) high enough above a calm river that there is no worry of the river rising, with good access to a sandy riverside. This spot would be great for families - I plan on trying to get my family down here soon. You could do quite a large group on this site, and still feel quite isolated, despite having quick access to the road, and a gas station / BBQ place only a few minutes away. The proprietor (Billy) was super easy to communicate with, very responsive, and kept us informed of everything we needed to know. I highly recommend this location, and this host!

We had a great time camping out on this property. Super easy to find and very responsive host. Depending on the wind (and the noise level of other campers on the ranch), you can hear a neighboring camp site, but other than this we had zero issues and would definitely return! Thanks very much.

Laura's property is absolutely beautiful and she really makes sure to take care of her campers. This is my second visit to this campsite and I will be returning. It is so peaceful with the sounds of the water flowing down stream it knocked me right out and I slept like a baby! The camp ground was extremely clean and if with only 4 campsites you were never too close together or felt like you didn't have your own space. We also had come right after a storm which of course brings all the critters out but everyone who works there made sure anything to bad was taken care of right away. For instance our campsite had lots of fire ants/ ants in general roaming around and within minutes of me letting them know, someone was down there laying down some ant keep away and the ants all dispersed within 20 minutes making it much more enjoyable. I can not stress enough how amazing staung here is if you have the opportunity.

Great camping experience with a beautiful river - you just can't go wrong with this place. Laura, the camp host, was phenomenal. She greeted us upon arrival and took the time to show us around the property. What really impressed me was when she called the morning of our trip to let us know about incoming bad weather and offered to let us reschedule with no problem. Very thoughtful. The site amenities exceeded our expectations. Having plug-in power was incredibly convenient, and the hot shower after a day of outdoor activities was a game-changer. Even the porta potty was well-maintained and clean. The real highlight was the river - it was absolutely beautiful! Laura provided paddleboards and kayaks, which we took full advantage of. Being able to hop on the water whenever we wanted made the trip special. We also had great success fishing and caught a bunch of fish throughout our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic camping experience. The combination of excellent amenities, a gorgeous natural setting, fun activities, and an incredibly welcoming host made for a memorable trip. I'd highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a well-equipped camping spot with plenty to do. We'll definitely be back!

I had an amazing time at 3 Dry Wells! I stayed for four nights with my dog, and it was so peaceful, beautiful, and private— I didn’t see another guest my entire stay. I was lucky to be there during a meteor shower, and what an amazing place to be for that because the skies were so clear that you could see the Milky Way. My pup and I enjoyed hiking the trails and visiting the spring-fed creek, which was such a treat on a warm day. William was such a kind a gracious host. We hope to be back again!
