We have two pool cabanas are across the pool from the main house for a stay with modern conveniences.

-"The Bunkhouse" is still comfortable with a King Size bed (we can also convert to 2 singles if needed). This unit has a seperate living space with a mini-fridge and microwave, but no bathroom in the unit. We have an outdoor shower and poolside bathroom for use.
-We also have 2 campsites on the open space for tent setup and camping under the stars. (no outdoor fires allowed) Access to the outdoor shower and pool bathroom.
-The pool area is a shared space during your stay.

Complete with high speed WifI access and a fully adjustable flatscreen LED television with a ridiculous amount of stations, including many movie channels.

WATER LEVEL and FLOW
The water level in photos are accurate. The water level has dropped 12 feet since March 2023, to rebuild the dam that created our lake. There is a certain flow requirement downstream from our property, so we maintain a minimum flow and consistent level/depth regardless of rainfall.
Depth varies from 4 feet at our stairs to 10+ feet in the middle of the channel. Additionally, there's no boat traffic, so it's ideal for kayaking and fishing year round.
Water flow slows in warmer seasons, and plumes of button moss intermittently float up from the bottom, collecting at water's edge. We still swim among the button moss, but it may not be ideal for some. Unfortunately, there's no way to predict when it will emerge and how long it stays.

The exterior of this 33 foot Spartan Royal Manor has been refurbished with polished aluminum and complete with working running lights, original windows, but with a few updates including dimmable patio lights and a distinctive front door fabricated from glass and steel. The inside has been rebuilt into a modern guest home with many amenities and a contemporary design. It is perfect for a single or couple and can accommodate 2 additional guests if needed.
Sleeping arrangements include a private bedroom with a full size bed along with a full size futon in the living area, both with fluffy pillows and down comforters. The kitchen has a large stainless steel vessel sink, 2 burner cooktop, small microwave oven, refridgerator/freezer and exposed shelves with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you will need. The bathroom is small but efficient with a built in shower, pivot glass door and tiled from floor to ceiling. Complete with high speed WifI access and a fully adjustable flatscreen LED television with a ridiculous amount of stations, including many movie channels.
Finished out with solid bamboo floors, stained oak walls, a sleek aluminum ceiling, and dimmable recessed and pendant lighting, this unique space is comfortable, practical and pretty.
Outside your front door is a well lit wooden deck with outdoor seating and your own private, fenced in yard. A dedicated parking spot is right outside the gate. The entire space is private, safe and secure.

WATER LEVEL and FLOW
The water level in photos are accurate. The water level has dropped 12 feet since March 2023, to rebuild the dam that created our lake. There is a certain flow requirement downstream from our property, so we maintain a minimum flow and consistent level/depth regardless of rainfall.
Depth varies from 4 feet at our stairs to 10+ feet in the middle of the channel. Additionally, there's no boat traffic, so it's ideal for kayaking and fishing year round.
Water flow slows in warmer seasons, and plumes of button moss intermittently float up from the bottom, collecting at water's edge. We still swim among the button moss, but it may not be ideal for some. Unfortunately, there's no way to predict when it will emerge and how long it stays.

We love this place because it's quiet, near the end of a dead end country road with cows.

Leah’s place is such a peaceful and welcoming spot! The land is spacious and beautifully maintained, with lots of room to spread out and enjoy nature. I was greeted by her sweet and friendly dog, which was such a fun surprise. The pool is perfect for cooling off on a warm day, and there’s a cozy hammock tucked under the trees that’s great for relaxing with a book. I also loved the fire pit area—it’s a great setup for sitting under the stars. Overall, it’s a quiet, charming spot with everything you need for a relaxing outdoor getaway.
