San Marcos Riverfront property! Kayaks, Tubes, Hammocks INCLUDED in this rental. This river gem is the perfect get-way to see the open skies and sink your toes in the San Marcos River located in the town of Fentress halfway between San Marcos and Luling off Highway 80. It is a place you can actually see the stars at night, watch sky divers fall from the sky, enjoy tubing, or hop in a kayak to feel the cool waters of the natural spring feed river! Feel free to enjoy an evening campfire or just sit under the evening lights to enjoy the fresh air. Other local activities: * 5 minutes from Fentress - Sky Dive San Marcos * 15 minutes from Lockhart or Luling - the "best" Texas barbecue and antiquing (Lockhart: Black's Barbecue, Smitty's Market, Kreuz Market and Luling: City Market, Luling Bar-B-Q) * 15 minutes from San Marcos and Texas State University - outlet mall, shopping and dining * 45 minutes from Austin - shopping, dining, museums, and live music * 1 hour from San Antonio - Alamo, Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas, Sea World

There is direct river access on the property with great fishing, kayaking, tubing, or soaking in the beautiful San Marcos River. Look forward to the fresh air and fun!!!

River Grove - RV Site #1
The property was gorgeous! We loved everything from the wildflowers and river to the little extra touches like the chopped firewood and string lights throughout! My son had fun fishing in the kayak and my other two kids loved paddling around the San Marcos! They have almost everything from home that you would need to have an enjoyable time! We look forward to coming back to this property later in the fall!!!

We had a great time camping 1 night at this property - river access was really easy, there was plenty of flat land to pitch a ditch, and the kitchen amenities were helpful. Highly recommend!
