This was a nice little private area to camp with a few friends. We had a great time. The setup was very nice overall. It was a great place to see the moon and stars. The bathroom was a few minutes walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Very well maintained and friendly atmosphere. The communal area came in clutch. Coffee in the morning gives you a brief chance to be social with other campers. The primitive sites are very secluded with the cedar trees surrounding them. Site H is by far the best. Your back is to to a fence and there is a trail connecting to the next site over for a bigger group. Road to the sites is a little rough but it adds to the experience. Overall it’s a great place and definitely worth a return visit.

Weekend Trip to Orrasis Ranch

I LOVED the Bait House! It was just the right size for a getaway with myself and my dog. I think 2 adults max would be comfortable here. It had everything I needed and more. The outdoor shower was a delightful experience. The only downside for me was they have chickens and roosters on the property and I was awoken by the cock-a-doodle-do before dawn every morning. The house was is located near a few parks so we were able to enjoy hiking within 10 minutes from the property. Downtown Marble Falls is also about 10 min away if you want local dining experiences, which I did grab takeout from 2 different restaurants while I was there. Overall it was a nice little getaway and great location!

Daniel is an amazing host! Very caring, considerate, funny and kind. We loved camping at his property and feeding the mini cows (although Bessy didn’t want to know anything about me). We were very impressed by the campsite layout and his generosity. We already told him that we’ll be back! I can’t recommend him enough!

We stayed at Tentrr 5B. Great camping site. The river nearby is awesome/clean water and good fishing. Very remote and was quiet at night. Campsites are very close together so not really private. Hosts are nice. The bed was comfortable. Downside is the public restrooms and showers are absolutely disgusting/dirty. It’s worse than a nasty truck stop. I would not advise anyone much less a woman use them. Overall, though it’s a good place with great river access but if you’re looking for somewhere that you have a little privacy this is not it as there are RV’s/campsites stacked right on top of each other and people are everywhere. If you don’t want that then you should go somewhere else. Also the James River Icehouse is right across the road from the campground and it’s excellent!! Great burgers and people there are super friendly!!

I loved staying at this site. The glamp site is well equipped with everything that you need, and the guidebook is amazing at making sure you are aware of directions and information. Would stay here again!

Dos Rios was there PERFECT spot for my family! We stayed 3 nights at the Tiny Cabin 12. It had everything we needed from kitchen appliances, to clean bedding and towels! This space accommodated me my partner, my 8 month old, 8 year old and our German shepherd. Super comfortable, nice AC, hot showers, and a fire pit to cook on outside. The main guy that was working there helped us as soon as we arrived! He was a huge help to us during our stay! The river area was so beautiful every morning and evening, very clean around the whole RV park. I highly recommend this place to anyone especially if you have kids or pets! Everyone around us was very respectful and polite ❤️❤️ We will be back again!

Such a wonderful accommodating camping experience! We set up tents and had a perfect walking distance from bathrooms and the community “armadillo shack” that was stocked with cooking tools, gas, charcoal and even freshly made coffee! Loved exploring the property and was an easy/ quick drive to the park. We will definitely go again.

This was a great, private, campsite. It was easy to find and Danny was a great host, he showed us directly to campsite. The amenities provided were exactly what we needed (picnic table with solar lit umbrella, grill grate over the fire pit, trash can, and private toliet). We chose to tent camp at dos Rios and had a great experience! The grounds were beautiful! It was a little less private than we expected however we were lucky and there were not many people present on the nights we chose to camp. Bathrooms were present and available but were a little dirty but this also wasn’t a huge deal to us. Overall we will be back and enjoyed our time!

The house is very spacious. So much room to spread out and not be cramped up. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO HAVE A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ON WEEKENDS Each tiny house has a keyless code entry system in which a personal code will be set up and sent to you prior to your check in. We do ask that you keep your pets off of the couch and the bed and clean up any “restroom breaks” outside.
