If you are searching for a silent, unique retreat, look no further. The main campsite was comfortable with plenty of amenities and tables to spread out. There is an outhouse nearby to this campsite, too. We had fun exploring. Wilson provided us firewood when we first arrived and came back again with another load for the second night. He is a wonderful host and makes you feel welcomed. We had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend this place to everyone and we hope to return. I think it's worth the price for the seclusion, set up, and beautiful surrounding.

We stayed at The Ladder. It was absolutely beautiful! I do not have one negative thing to say about the space. Even the lack of cell service (be advised) and the complete unplug, was a nice change. Getting up on the ridge, and looking down in the canyon was just…. Amazing! The owner was very nice, put up with my questions, and shared some history of the place with me. I love that they want to keep it as natural as possible, and that was one of the main things that sold us on the place. . We will definitely be back in the summer time!

A small folding trailer can get into this site - tall campers would need to watch for tree branches.

We stay at this property often, so I decided to try the campsite on the "other" side of the creek. It was a scenic and peaceful spot. The trails around the ranch are always a great morning hike. Lots of deer and turkeys around. Thanks again for hosting!

Lovely little spot on William's property. Hiking trails throughout the property with a few other campsites. We enjoyed the view and the ease of access! Great for an Austin getaway in just about an hour.

This was our second stay here, and we’re glad we came back. The first trip was about 50% rain, so we wanted to come back and fully enjoy Blasingame Camp. William and the Gray family are super friendly, the property is beautiful and very private, and there’s plenty to keep adults/kids/pup entertained without leaving. Being close to Blanco Square is a big bonus, and the bathroom upgrade since our last visit was much appreciated. Highly recommend — we’ll be back.

Absolutely beautiful, large and well-maintained area that includes large fire pit, table and chairs, tent pad, and easterly view of area. Would have been an awesome sunrise if not for foggy morning. Peaceful night under the Texas stars!
