The tiny house was perfect for my boyfriend & I. It was a surprise for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. The tiny house was clean, private, comfortable, and super romantic. The pool and sauna were really nice to have as well. Hill country is a dream and the location of Colibri was spot on. We would go back!

Patrick was a great host! The Peacock is a cute, unique, and quaint tiny home situated within the Lakeway addition of Lake Travis. We enjoyed the amenities the home had to offer. The hot tub was our favorite along with coffee and plenty of comforts. We viewed deer each morning and beautiful sunrises as we walked around the lake community. Using an eco toilet was a learning experience so you may consider that. Our stay was cozy and only a short drive to shopping and sightseeing in downtown Austin, great brunch locations and grocery stores nearby. It was a great glamping experience.

We are a small, beginner homestead and we'd love to share this journey with YOU! Donkeys and deer roam most of the property. We also are raising chickens, ducks, rabbits, a few pet goats and bees. We have camping spots, (2) rv electric hook ups and a small cabin to sleep in. Our property is on 14 acres. We have open pastures and forested areas. Whether you are seeking to escape the city hustle and bustle, or want a small taste of the homestead life, this is a great place to be! We are located about 35 minutes from San Antonio, 25 minutes from Boerne and 15 minutes from the Cowboy Capital of the World, Bandera, TX! We do have a visible neighboring property. Therefore there is the occasional barking, lights, and music that can be heard/seen. We hope you choose to stay here and enjoy your stay!

There is a semi-wild deer herd in the neighborhood which is very sweet. Additionally there is a family of peacocks that live nearby and wander free. A beautiful addition to the space and the inspiration for the name of the Gypsy Wagon. Guest access Free parking next to the home. There is a fabulous water recreation area a 5 minute walk away. The space This is a custom built Tiny Home on Wheels. The host is the builder and lives on the property in his own Tiny Home with completely separate spaces. The Peacock has a fenced, private yard. There is a semi-wild deer herd in the neighborhood which is very sweet. Additionally there is a family of peacocks that live nearby and wander free. A beautiful addition to the space and the inspiration for the name of the Gypsy Wagon. Guest access Free parking next to the home. There is a fabulous water recreation area a 5 minute walk away.
