Another great stay at this camp ground. Every time I stay here they are very friendly and the camp sites are pretty good. They have a few tent spots with great tree coverage, and the others tend to have covered picnic tables for shade. Guests stick to quiet hours, and overall just a nice quiet time.

1 night at Sound Ground (fka Reverse Pioneers)

Lovely stay at the yurt, we were lucky enough to get to watch an epic Texas lightning show from the comfort of the deck. Directions were clear and easy to find even in the dark. Bring lots of firewood (no collecting on site) and some instruments and enjoy the Hill Country ambience.

Weekend Trip to Terraqueous RV Resort

We booked last minute and the hosts were very accommodating. The property was amazing and well kept up. This is a great place for family’s with and without kids alike. There are plenty of amenities from a catch and release pond, a giant sandpit, playgrounds, swimming pool, huge splashed, and an adult only pool and bar.

Great spot that had no other camp spots nearby. Pretty views overlooking hills and the spot for tents was nicely done with easy dirt and no rock.

Weekend Trip to Ranch 3232

3232 is a good spot to land after a day at Pedernales State Park -- only ten minutes from this campground. My son and small dog stayed at the Comanche Glamping Tent and were comfortable and had a good time. I initially worried that we were too close to the road as it's one of the first sites in the campground, but it got very quiet at night so that wasn't an issue. This tent is right beside the bathrooms, kitchen and communal fire pit area. This was convenient, and there were some campers who stayed there past the designated quiet hour of 10pm, but it wasn't an issue for us.

WOW! These vibes are incredible. Blew me out of the water especially for the price of a tent site with yoga studio/game room, 4 private bathrooms, 2 small pools and a sauna, not to mention the full kitchen with free oatmeal and pancakes (cook your own). Also loved the hammock grove that we camped near with plenty of shade from the sun on the left side of the road. She was very friendly and had amazing attention to detail. I’m impressed and will definitely be back to try the A-line cabins. The view was also outstanding.

Observe quiet time after 9 pm and before 8 am. The country roads in this area are paved and they are excellent for walking, bicycling and driving. There are “cattle guards” in the roadways. Cattle guards are steel pipe obstacles along a road intended to prevent livestock, such as sheep and cattle from passing out of a fenced area. If you book this property you will be able to check yourself in at the property. The specific location and other check in details will be provided to you on the day of your scheduled arrival, and after housekeeping and campsite make-ready is complete. Most any car should be just fine for accessing the campsite, except in the case of very wet weather. Guests are not allowed to use firearms or fireworks on this property.
