This is a fantastic, quiet spot for anyone looking for an RV stay. David and Anthony are excellent communicators, and the property is very well maintained. The sites feature perfectly level gravel pads with full hookups—plus a built-in reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water, which is a rare and welcome perk.
It’s also an easy 10-minute drive into downtown Cleburne.
The setup is relatively new; sites are labeled 1 through 4, though only 1 and 4 are currently open while improvements continue. Site 1 has the best shade. If you want a peaceful, high-value retreat, this is truly a gem in the trees.
Important tip for anyone in Site 1: Do NOT switch off the 20-amp breaker at the pedestal! As RVers, it’s second nature to flip unused breakers off, but because there is no central office, that specific breaker powers the internet for the entire property. Leave it switched on so everyone stays connected!

Weekend Trip to Arison's Farm Stay
We really enjoyed the airstream! The patio, mini pool, the goats and those adorable dogs! Loved watching the turkey strut his stuff. Very peaceful and the trailer had everything we needed.

Amazing place to camp. Brian and his wife were so kind and friendly. My sons loved getting to pet and feed the horses. So thankful we got to visit this place.

Super nice hosts and a quiet spot! They allowed me to park in a space that was less muddy/soft after heavy rains and offered a port-o-potty if needed. Just be aware the road could be quite muddy and soft after rain.
