We have the amenities of an uptown hotel not too far from downtown. You'll love the peace and quiet of being unplugged, along with no cable or satellite TV, the fluffy towels and you'll be talking about the amazing breakfast for weeks. Five cabins have a great view up to 40 miles off the back porch to the southeast for a magnificent sunrise! The Siesta and Milky Way Cabins have roof-top decks for viewing sunrises, and sunsets and are perfect for stargazing! All cabins are secluded and private. The cabins are spaced about 150 feet apart. We are 9 miles from Canyon Lake and Blanco Texas (Blanco State Park) and less than 30 minutes from Wimberly, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. There are several wineries dotting the Texas Hill Country close to our property. Our tiny house is 288 square feet with a private outdoor space that includes a hot tub, string lights along the fence, and chairs with a small table - all surrounded by a privacy fence. Although small, our tiny house offers a full kitchen, bath, and bedroom area designed with comfort and beauty in mind. The mattress is a DreamCloud Queen with a range of high-end pillows for your ultimate comfort. When you open the blackout draperies, you'll have a view of the outdoor private deck, chairs, and the hot tub where you can soak all those cares away. The rest of the property is filled with our large vegetable garden, roses, chickens, and a beehive. We are an organic mini-homestead and are thrilled to share our property with you! You will have the entire tiny house and the fenced-in courtyard to yourself. Additionally, you will have a private parking space that is surrounded by a privacy fence. There are two other houses on the property lived in by the owners, but the tiny house is completely private. Where to go

Eastern & Northern Hill Country

If your camping trip through Texas Hill Country has time for an urban stop, put Austin on your list. The state capital marches to the beat of its own drum with the proud motto “Keep Austin Weird.” This marks the eastern edge of Hill Country. Close to town, McKinney Falls State Park is a must see, notable as a popular swimming hole. Pedernales Falls State Park offers views of the Pedernales River and a tumbling waterfall and over 20 miles of trails for mountain biking. Inks Lake State Park offers recreation on land and water. Colorado Bend State Park provides miles of trails and views of a 70-foot waterfall.

Central Hill Country

Central Hill Country centers around San Antonio and areas north. San Antonio is worth a visit, with the Alamo National Historic Landmark and the River Walk being popular stops. Head out to the smaller towns of Fredericksburg and Boerne to find wineries, live music, and unique personalities. Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is one of the most popular stops in Hill Country, renowned for the massive granite dome focal point. Climb to the top to take in the views. It offers tent camping and books well in advance. For easy access for tubing the Guadalupe River, check out Guadalupe River State Park, which has four miles of riverfront. Camping sites are available for both tents and RVs with hookups.

Western Hill Country

Western Hill Country gets farther from the urban centers. Bandera and Kerrville are small towns in the region. Located on the Frio River, Garner State Park is one of Hill Country’s most popular camping spots, with hiking trails and swimming holes.
