We stayed at Site 1 and absolutely loved it. The view of the riverbank was perfect, peaceful and beautiful. It was ultra quiet, which made it even more relaxing. Our kids (almost 2 and 7) had so much fun running around and playing games in the open space.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, scenic spot to unwind with family!

We had a great time at Regena's place! It was our first trip with our youngster, so it was a bit of a trial run. Everything went great. Regena is close by and easy to get a hold of, but doesn't impede on you at the same time. She is a fantastic host- super nice and accommodating. Exactly the type of host you want. The location is outside of the city and is rural, but is also only a 12 minute drive to the grocery store for when you realize you forgot your coffee, like I did. There are some houses relatively close to the RV site, but all the properties have acreage, so the closest is about about a hundred yards away and is hidden behind trees, even in winter months when the trees aren't bloomed. Overall we enjoyed it very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Daniel's Bluebonnet campsite is nicely situated near the flush toilet/shower and water spicket. The cows and donkey visited us frequently - loved it. Hiking through the back property was peaceful and beautiful. There was occasional road noise mixed with the coyote yips but not enough to matter. Great fire pit/grill! Daniel responding immediately when we needed anything. If you think the well water has an odd aroma, ask Daniel about the water in that area. We enjoyed conversing with him.

We loved camping this weekend in our 5th wheel! Everything about it was fabulous. Becky is a great host. The only thing that was tricky for us, because we arrived after dark, was getting to the right road that lead into the property. When I called, they were very helpful and we slid right into spot #1. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked the site again and another spot for friends. I am definitely looking forward to our next adventure!

Shaded sites all around for our 21 footers, yet nice and open grounds. Host was very communicative and available! Sites were deep for larger rigs. Pretty and peaceful setting with roads to walk down, and one can't beat the easy river access on a warm day. Full hookups too! Nice deep fire pits, but mine could've used some cleanup from previous campers. Nice mowed lots, but tons of leaves and some branches on the ground (to be expected this time of year on windy days). Nearby house to sites 3-4 was quiet and went unnoticed! Surprisingly, there's a bit of highway noise from miles away to the West/SW, but not enough to hinder a relaxing time. Plenty of picnic tables! I'm recommending and will return.

There are ample opportunities to interact with the animals and enjoy the surroundings including a beautiful night sky. SO MUCH ROOM! My kids love to camp. So having room to move about instead of being squished in by all the other campers. My kiddos were running around barefoot not caring about getting hurt it was all grassed around the campsite. She has a great place and a pond we enjoyed. We had the convenience to have a compost toilet, she made sure it was cleaned out for us never stinky. Instead of trying to figure how to go to the bathroom and not having to go drive into the town to go potty. We had burgers the evening we got there, then had some breakfast burritos. She has her own farm so getting eggs from her for breakfast was awesome. Instead of having to pay so much. Thank you so so much Ms. Regena. We will be back. Promise that!

Becky was a great host! The location was perfect and it was 30 minutes to pretty much anything you want to see in Waco! Mammoth monument is super cool and so is Homestead Heritage but Homestead is very expensive. At the campsite it was a one minute walk to the river and felt secluded.
