Weekend Trip to Big Rocks on the Brazos

Its a lovely little place tucked away in the backroads. The hosts are wonderful! The access to the lake is easy to get to. We had views of a bluebonnet filled field and cute little cabins along the lake. The site had FULL HOOK UPs, picnic table and firepit to use if desired. The river access had breathtaking views of the cliffs across as well as upstream and downstream. There is places to fish and swim near by. We can wait to go back!

Great site! We were the only tent campers in the tent area and our host Wendy was so helpful. We had plenty of firewood, the campsite was really quiet and the nearby highway provides a “sound-machine” type of background noise. My stay at Coyote Creek Farm went well. The space was quiet and easy to access. There was a sign signifying the turn in to the property at the beginning of the driveway. Host Regena was great and provided any needed info and help upon arrival. l enjoyed a beautiful sunset and the sounds of the wild turkeys and coyotes in the distance. There was also a fire ring, a picnic table, and trash receptacle at the site.
