Welcome to M2 Ranch. We are a small working equine therapy and training operation housing a Non-Profit 501©(3) serving Veterans and their families.

Come watch the horses rescued from the wild and gentled to be used for therapy and rehabilitation.
We house Mustangs from the Bureau of Land Management and work closely with their conservation efforts.
We currently house guests 7 days a week and welcome the traveler. Come and stay with us for a night or a week. We have flexible arrival and departure times for travelers.
We are located 20 minutes outside Waco, in a beautiful ranch community surrounded by cattle ranches and thousands of acres of beautiful TX pastures. Magnolia Silos, Baylor University, and historic downtown Waco are all a 20-minute drive.
What we offer:
RV hookups, with 50-amp power, Wi-Fi, and access to the property. ($50 a night donation). RV must have a self-contained restroom.
We offer private horseback lessons, trail rides for the individual, and an on-site meet and greet with the horses. (Fees apply)
Pets are welcome on leash only.
We welcome you to the central Texas area. 100% of your donation goes directly toward the nonprofit 501©(3)’s horse feed fund.

I had an awesome time camping here. Amberle was generous and helped me back in my new travel trailer and get set up. The view out our window into the pastures was beautiful and we loved feeding the animals carrots. Highly recommend this spot even if you are local.

We loved camping on Regena’s land. She met us on the driveway and took us to our campsite. She picked one out for us that’s mostly grass, a nice newer picnic table, bucket potty that she emptied out for us, fire ring and trash bin. Her property was so private, Regena was the only person we saw. We loved the two nights we were there. Easy drive to Waco, we went antique store shopping and went to the Silos. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at Regena's place! It was our first trip with our youngster, so it was a bit of a trial run. Everything went great. Regena is close by and easy to get a hold of, but doesn't impede on you at the same time. She is a fantastic host- super nice and accommodating. Exactly the type of host you want. The location is outside of the city and is rural, but is also only a 12 minute drive to the grocery store for when you realize you forgot your coffee, like I did. There are some houses relatively close to the RV site, but all the properties have acreage, so the closest is about about a hundred yards away and is hidden behind trees, even in winter months when the trees aren't bloomed. Overall we enjoyed it very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This ranch is an absolute gem. Each horse has a story with so many being rescued and are now thriving! There are ample opportunities to interact with the animals and enjoy the surroundings including a beautiful night sky. Our stay in the safari tent was really nice. Exactly as pictured and described! The setup was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a camping trip without the hassle of packing heavy gear. The bathroom with the powered rooftop was such a great bonus and made the experience even better. We loved the balance of being close to nature while still having all the little comforts covered.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lost Horizon with our two pups! We enjoyed the quiet and serene surroundings, saw mule deer and antelopes, and felt 100% rejuvenated and recharged. Jeremy and Stacie were kind and communicative hosts. I would recommend Lost Horizon to anyone looking for a getaway from urban living.

SO MUCH ROOM! My kids love to camp. So having room to move about instead of being squished in by all the other campers. My kiddos were running around barefoot not caring about getting hurt it was all grassed around the campsite. She has a great place and a pond we enjoyed. We had the convenience to have a compost toilet, she made sure it was cleaned out for us never stinky. Instead of trying to figure how to go to the bathroom and not having to go drive into the town to go potty. We had burgers the evening we got there, then had some breakfast burritos. She has her own farm so getting eggs from her for breakfast was awesome. Instead of having to pay so much. Thank you so so much Ms. Regena. We will be back. Promise that!

We had a great overnight stay at Coyote Creek. We tent camped at the RV spot due to wet ground. It was at the front of the property with a camp potty, dedicated fire pit and covered deck. Trees, open, grassy all elements to make for an enjoyable night. Minimal road noise but you could hear the neighbor's. Tent sites located fourth we back would provide additional quiet. Super welcoming, took the kids around for a tour of the property and shared miniature mammoth figurines with them!! A great night, close enough to Waco to do everything but still get a night under the stars.
