We use HipCamp and The Dyrt for bookings or just give us a call or text at (832) 303-9940 "Close to everything, away from it all" We're in the country but close to city amenities and beautiful Lake Conroe. It's only a few minutes from April Sound and the largest marina on Lake Conroe, 8 minutes to Wal-Mart and Kroger, yet it's peaceful and quiet on our forested property. As full-time RV nomads ourselves we know RV park rates are getting crazy, Buck Acres is our attempt to help the community. We've done everything we can to keep rates down. The only amenities we offer are shade, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and an ADA porta john that is cleaned every week. Affordable RV parks shouldn't be sweltering parking lots where you're packed in like sardines! At Buck Acres we have 100' tall hardwoods and pines that have been trimmed up 60' for the safety of you and your rig! Buck Acres is still under construction and it is a labor of love. Lake Livingston is a large 23+ mile lake. We bought the property in 2014 and did upgrades on weekends, love the views, fishing, campfires, and meeting people so we opened the first cabin in April of 2018, now have 5 cabins and 9 rv sites and welcome you to enjoy the lake as much as we do. Every season of the year is a little different and all are wonderful! We are in nature, and across street from wetlands, yet only 2 miles from city grocery store and restaurants! There are 3 piers, fishing, picnicking, beautiful sunsets, nature watching, small watercraft rentals, guide paid pontoon tours, swimming, bonfires, bbq’s with firewood available on site for purchase if desired. Use for short term rental retreats, or long term.
