Surrounded by mature trees, this well maintained rv site provides a degree of privacy yet is close to all the north of Houston areas of attraction such as The Woodlands. Firepit, stone patio and charcoal grill provided to help you enjoy the outdoors.

Hot water, flush toilet, 3' shower, TV with streaming, full kitchen, stocked for cooking. All home amenities for a quiet weekend retreat! Small patio with table and chairs for morning coffee. Enjoy large deck with furniture, shared with Numero Uno site occupants. Note, sleeping areas are lofted and require going up wooden ladders.

Numero Uno with 25' RV, 2022 Heartland Trail Runner. This RV has toilet, running water (8 gallon hot water tank), RV shower, Queen bed primary, Full bed bunks, jack knife couch and kitchen table converts to bed. Has TV with streaming, bluetooth speaker system inside and outside, DVD player. Comes with all kitchenware and cookware/silverware, propane cooktop and oven. Your outside area has table and chairs on a paver patio. Retractable awning provides some shade. There is a common area deck that is furnished as well to use. There are 2 sites available so the other site may be occupied during your stay. There is a business that operates nextdoor during business hours. There are trails that can be traversed, covering 35 acres of land. There is a common shared deck area, partially covered, with electric and propane grill that overlooks a portion of the property. This site is next to the pole barn building, and you have your own private patio and dining area.

It’s private, got some acerage and is behind a gate well off the main road although there is a depot nearby with trucks coming and going
