2 acres in the hill country in a small wooded neighborhood. I live in the brick house, have several garages and sheds, etc on property as well. There are also a few honey bee colonies scattered on the property. Open grassy areas as well as tree covered areas. This is a quiet neighborhood and wildlife is abundant. You may hear coyotes and a great horned owl at night. To the left of the main brick house there is a restroom with a toilet and a small kitchenette with sink and microwave, open 24hours. (Go up the steps to the door with the restroom sign) You will also find a self-serve "store shelf" with our honey and a few other goodies, with Venmo instructions. There are 2 LONG RV spots up to 45 feet in length BUT, they are back in only and the turn around area is tight if you have a BIG RIG. The 2 camper van sites are (Site 1) 32' and (Site 2) 22'. Ask me if you want to know more! It helps me to approve you more quickly if I know how tall/long your RV is. Especially if you are longer than 24 feet. You can text me info. I have a place you can drive up to and get a water fill if you need extra water and you can release GREY WATER as needed to water the lawn. :)

This RV spot offers the perfect blend of proximity to Austin's vibrant attractions, nature and the comfort of a cozy neighborhood setting. Situated on the side of my house, the site is 95' long. 38' of which is along my house. The width between the house and fence is 18 feet. This should fit any RV with 2 slides and awning being open. The entire lot is fenced in, granting guests(and pets) full use of the pool and yard. Enjoy privacy with no neighbors in the back and an 8' side fence where your RV will be parked. The lot is a city sized lot, less than 1/5 acre, but HipCamp won't let me put in less than 1 acre. Pictures show my white/red retro RV as well as other RV's and how they have fit with and without my RV. Backing in is best for trailers - motorhomes/vans can go forward or back in. You may find maneuvering backwards a bit challenging due to the angle from the street through the front gate and my house overhang. It can be done...it just may take a village! :o) There's plenty of room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV(fenced in too!), and both 50amp and 30amp electric hookups are located on the back side of my house near the water hookup. (NOTE: Hipcamp will not let me notate in the fields that I have a 50amp AND a 30amp, thus I have 2 sites listed. I have had 2 RV guests stay at same time, but will not book that unless I get the ok from all parties.) LIVE sewer hookup isn't available because my clean-out is in the front of the house. Dumping can be done on the way in/out or with a portable tank.. Nestled in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood, expect the pleasant hum of city sounds (not overly loud) and glimpses of starlit skies. During your stay, I'll be residing in the house with my sociable dog, Toby. We'll be respectful of your privacy but available for any assistance you may need. Toby loves company, including other dogs, and has even been around cats with proper introductions. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to arrange a booking! HOT TUB IS BACK! Just in time for winter! Message me for discounts at 6+ nights and 20+ nights! I am considering ADD-ONS... most common is pet care while you're out enjoying Austin. Other ideas are e-bike/car tours (food, sites, real estate, etc); on-site massages, soubd bath, crafts.

RV/Camper spot located just 4 miles from downtown Austin, offering the perfect balance of convenience and a cozy neighborhood atmosphere within a gentrifying area. Enjoy easy access to all that Austin has to offer while staying in a secure and comfortable setting. This RV/Camper spot is on a city-sized lot (less than ⅕ acre) next to my house, with a space measuring 75 feet long and featuring a 12-foot entrance. While the angled entrance from the street through the front gate may pose a slight challenge for larger rigs or trailers, there is ample room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV. A 30-amp electric hookup is conveniently located on the side of the house, with water access available from the rear. While sewer hookups are not available, we are happy to discuss nearby options for dumping gray and black tanks. During your stay, we'll be residing in the house but will respect your privacy while remaining available to assist with anything you might need. There’s even a "catio" in the backyard, where you might catch a glimpse of our shy and elusive cats! We’re pet-friendly and welcome your furry companions but kindly ask that you clean up after them. This spot offers a secure and welcoming space for your RV adventures, just minutes away from Austin's vibrant downtown scene.

The property was inhabited by Donkeys and a Donkey barn and a Grey Fox family. Nice shady oaks to park your motorcycles under. Walk downtown and have pizza at Community Pizza or get some food for the grill at HEB. First Saturday of the month Market Days goes on in the daytime. Five minutes from Historic Downtown Wimberley, Texas; Blue Hole; Jacob's Well; Cypress Creek. Walking distance to Market Days or just take a soak in the tub. Secluded, but convenient with wifi. I am a motorcycle enthusiast and traveler whenever possible. My idea is to cater to riders of all kinds, If you have a need and I can help, I will. 19 miles away situated along a one-mile stretch of the spring-fed Blanco River, the small but mighty Blanco State Park is very family-friendly, offering the spectacular Falls Dam, nature trails, fishing, tubing, kayaking, and deep water for a good, refreshing swim. The stocked river is teeming with largemouth and Guadalupe bass, catfish, sunfish, and rainbow trout, and can be an excellent place for beginning anglers (you can even borrow equipment for free). Pedernales Falls State Park is only 35 miles away. Swimming at holes, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, and birding are a few of the quintessential outdoor Texan activities visitors enjoy most at Pedernales State Park, located near the area of Texas Hill Country where former President Lyndon B. Johnson grew up. Next to the famed Pedernales River, the park is an hour west of Austin, an hour east of Fredericksburg, and about 20 minutes from downtown Johnson City. We have 11 acres right outside of Austin, Tx. Only 20-30 minutes to downtown Austin, we are nestled in an undeveloped area. The historic church has been around since 1902 and we'd love to share our space with you! There's space to walk, enjoy nature, sidewalk to get to a bus stop and the Austin to Manor Trail that connects to many trails in Austin - bicycle friendly. Decker Lane and our entry is large and easy to navigate, easy to park.

Located just outside of Wimberley, our beautiful hill country campsites provide a peaceful retreat from the city. We currently have two campsites privately set aside from our 25 acre homestead that each include their own personality. The stars out here are INCREDIBLE. Our campsites are currently primitive only (no running water, but we do have compost bucket toilets). There's also plenty of level ground and beauty for a restful stay. Whether you're on a weekend family adventure or an artist looking for remote inspiration, our Wimberley Valley Campsites are located 10 minutes from Wimberley and 20 minutes from both Blanco and Dripping Springs. There's plenty of parks, rivers, and hills surrounding this piece of Texas Hill Country paradise! Wineries and distilleries are a short drive away in nearby Dripping Springs and Stonewall. Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them.
