Come stay at Bird Haus Farms! We offer a secluded RV site with stunning views on several acres, away from our four short-term rentals. While the container pool is no longer available, there's a beautiful swimming hole just a short walk from the site (waiver required). Extra swimmers are $20 each. Bird Haus Farms is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country—just 30 minutes from San Antonio, 25 minutes from New Braunfels and Boerne, and 60 minutes from Fredericksburg. A Walmart and HEB are just across the highway, with Guadalupe State Park only 15 minutes away. We're also a quick 3-minute drive from Guadalupe Canoe Livery for river tubing and kayaking! Chickens, cows, and other guests’ dogs are on the property, so please keep your pets on a leash. We also have two cats and an electric fence—exercise caution. Amenities include: 50-amp electrical hookup Water and sewage hookup Toilet and sink inside a nearby shipping container Campfires allowed (if no fire ban) Reach out with any questions—we hope to see you soon!

Come stay at Bird Haus Farms! This field is PERFECT for solar eclipse viewing. We also have a swimming hole available for campers to use. We have a grassy field on several acres. The space is secluded from the rest of the property which offers 4 short term rentals. There is another RV site above this space. Beautiful swimming hole a short walk away from the RV site-- waiver required to swim. Extra guests are $20 each to swim. Children under 3 are free. Bird Haus Farms was established in 2019. We are central to the Texas Hill Country-- within minutes to San Antonio (30 min), New Braunfels (25 min), Boerne (25 min) and Fredericksburg (60 min). There is a Wal Mart and HEB Grocery just across the highway. 15 min to Guadalupe state park. We are also a 3 minute drive to Guadalupe Canoe Livery where you can rent tubes and kayaks on the river. We do have chickens and cows on the property and other guests with dogs-- please keep your pets on a leash. We also have 2 cats. There could be some cow patties near the site- we keep a shovel close by if you’d like to move it away from your set up. Bathroom available with toilet and sink. Welcome to Bird Haus Farms! Bring your RV to our land and enjoy the wonderful views! We have electric hook ups and a field with picnic tables/fire pit. We have 5 short terms rentals on the property and also live here- but this camp site is secluded and offers some privacy. We are central to the Texas Hill Country-- within minutes to San Antonio, New Braunfels, Boerne and Fredericksburg. There is a Wal Mart and HEB Grocery just across the highway. We do have chickens on the property, cows, a dog, and other guests with dogs-- please keep your pets on a leash. Yes, your dogs can swim in the pond too!

What a great location for a getaway! You'll definitely need a truck to pull your rig up the hill, but it's we'll worth it. It has great views with plenty of amenities. Power was available and required especially with the brutal Texas heat. The host was quick to responded to my questions.

This is my second time staying here and this time I brought my family along with me to share the awesome adventure because this place is just perfect. It’s right in the city outskirts so not too far away, but just secluded enough to not have to be confronted with the hustle and bustle of San Antonio traffic but just far away so as you don’t have to hear any nonsense and can float in this oasis of a watering hole till you’re pruning enough for your skin to fall off. I highly recommend you bring your family out here and enjoy one of their beautiful campsite and or other amenities Miss Michel and Mr. Luke are beyond. Generous and kind.

It was just what we were looking for.. Outdoors, spacious, plenty of room to play, explore, and swim with our kids. We sent up a treasure hunt around the property at night for the kids and gave them clues on how to find the treasures. Gave them some walkie talkies and head lamps, and they had an absolute blast.

A beautiful view from the elevated RV site of the Hillcountry. Far away enough from light pollution to see the stars clearly! Michelle was very prompt and helpful in providing directions. Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing stay! Secluded and super large area for us alone, with a wonderful view on the hill country. Waking up to the view was an awesome experience!! It was very quiet and yet all amenities for our camper (50A power, water, sewer…). My kids were able to run around, and enjoyed seeing the cattle on site, as well as deers that passed by.

This camping spot was a very awesome and unique site, including beautiful views just out of the city foreigner to feel secluded but also within 15 minutes from modern conveniences. The watering hole here is immaculate, beautifully clear water with an awesome swing by the tree to relax after a nice cool plunge. I would very much stay here again Bringing friends and family to this wedding venue like establishment.

We had such a great time on our recent trip to the swimming hole just outside of San Antonio! The campsite was peaceful and private—perfect for relaxing and letting the kids run around. They especially loved spending time at the swimming hole, which was a major highlight of the trip. We also really appreciated the farm fresh eggs—absolutely delicious! It was the perfect balance of country charm and convenience, with just a short drive into San Antonio where we visited Sea World and strolled the River Walk. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and refreshing getaway!

We stayed here while visiting Texas for our friend’s Air Force graduation—it’s about 45 minutes from the base. The views were amazing and the whole area felt peaceful and private, perfect for anyone who prefers space over crowded campgrounds. Cows roam freely around the property, which was really cool to see—just watch your step for cow patties! 😆 The gravel road to the site is a bit steep and rough, so we were definitely glad to have four-wheel drive. We travel with two dogs, and the owners were super considerate—they kept their own dog in a separate yard during our stay. That made things much easier and more relaxing for us. We didn’t get a chance to try out the swimming hole, but it looked absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a peaceful, RV stay with a Texas hill country vibe!

What an incredible find! During the hot Texas summer, having a place to swim while camping is a must—and this spot delivered in every way. We’re always on the lookout for peaceful, private getaways that aren’t overcrowded, and this place checked all the boxes. Getting to our RV spot was no issue, and the hookups made everything super convenient. Our 21-foot trailer fit perfectly and was easy to maneuver. Despite there being others on the property, the layout ensured plenty of privacy and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The real highlight? The swimming hole—it was absolutely perfect! Even our pup, who uses a wheelchair, had a blast swimming and cooling off. It was heartwarming to see him enjoy it so much. One of my favorite parts was watching the baby cows roam and play. I even got the chance to feed them treats—such a special experience! We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful area close to tubing rivers, New Braunfels and Gruene . The Swimming hole was the highlight for us ! Great camping spot ! The hosts were great , making sure our stay went well. Felt very safe as the property is gated. Surprisingly very little bugs/mosquitos in area where we camped

If you’re looking to visit San Antonio or to just relax this is a great place to stay! We stayed here for a few days in the rv and it was great. We had our 4 dogs and the views from where you park the RV was beautiful! We came in the dark and it was difficult to find the area but during the day it’s easy to maneuver. A very safe area and we felt safe the entire time. There’s a private swimming area ( was beautiful and fun for the dogs) cows are just by the swimming area. Such a beautiful place to camp at. We went to Guadalupe river ( a MUST see) if you want a days of swimming with the dogs or kids! Would return!

We stayed at Hill Country Views on Farm #1 from May 2nd to May 4th and loved the peaceful, scenic setting. Even though we got hit with heavy rain the first night, the gravel road and well-maintained site made things manageable, and the ground dried up quickly around the road. The view is incredible, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. We camped in an Aliner Evolution 15 travel trailer and had easy access to electric and water hookups, with clean bathrooms just a short walk away. The host was friendly but gave us plenty of space, which we appreciated. I’d recommend this spot to anyone.. tent campers, RVers, or overlanders with rooftop tents will all feel right at home here.

This was a great camping spot! We appreciated Michelle's communication and flexibility. The views (especially the sunset) were amazing and while there were other guests staying on the property, we had a secluded spot that made us feel like we had the place to ourselves. The bathrooms were a huge plus as well. The swimming hole was impressive although a little chilly for the March weather, but such a beautiful spot to relax. We enjoyed our stay!

Bird Haus Farms is perfectly located for Hill Country glamping. The campsite is tucked away from the highway below, but it still has great access to the fun towns all around. We enjoyed visiting the bars/wineries/restaurants/creameries in Spring Branch, Blanco, Bulverde, and San Antonio. We also took advantage of the fresh eggs from the host. The owners were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to park our camper in the field rather than the designated RV site so that our sewer hose would drain down hill rather than uphill. In a perfect world, there would have been more grass, but I know from personal experience how hard it is to keep grass alive in Texas.

We enjoyed the camping with our travel trailer at the RV site. Great view and easy hook-ups. Also, secluded and still has quick access to stores & eateries. Hosts were very nice, responsive, & helpful. The kids loved the swimming hole.

This was a great spot with a great view! It was Fall and we had great access to Gruene and Boerne. Our kids had plenty to explore so we enjoyed our time at the site. The hosts were nice and accommodating.
