It worked perfect for us being in town playing ball. We were not there much but it is only 15 minutes from Edwards Park. One guy did stop on the road while my daughter was on the zip line and just asked was everything good. As someone mentioned in one of the post there is chicken houses around and every now and then if you are outside you can smell them but it is not terrible.

I had such a peaceful time at Kimber’s farm. I really enjoyed seeing the horse and donkey while it still felt relaxing and quiet. Close enough to some touristy stuff but also felt adequately tucked away.

The host was very cordial and kind. She has a great deal of property there and had several other people come during the weekend however we were able to pull our travel trailer in a fenced area which allowed us to let our dog run free, which we greatly appreciated. This was the first hip camp we had ever stayed in and it worked out really well for us because it gave us the opportunity to be right in the middle of the things we wanted to see and do like Cade‘s Cove Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
She was actually hosting I believe a community scavenger hunt on our property and the other campers participated and had a good time with it. My husband and I just stayed within our little area because we’ve just recently gotten married and wanted our time.

This was our second stay here and once again we absolutely loved every single second. Seriously. What’s not to love? This quiet, rural and super private site has everything you need. From the full hookups to the big picnic table and well made fire pit to the views of cows and even deer from time to time. It’s just 50 minutes to Rock City, Ruby Falls and Chattanooga if you need the big city.
Our hosts are always quick to reply and offered any assistance we could possibly need. They even shared some of their freshly made pork sausage with us which made for a delightful breakfast.
There’s no question as to whether or not we’ll return. This place is truly a gem!

Had a great stay at Turkey Creek Campground in October 2025 to see the leaves change in the mountains. It was the cleanest Campground we've ever stayed at, the bathrooms were impeccable. There's not much of a creek, but it is pretty close to some fantastic Rivers. Rick is an outstanding host, we had forgot our water hose, and he longest one no questions asked. Will definitely be staying there again five stars

Weekend Trip to Waterside lot
The site was great with a nice view of the small pond. Very quiet, gated community with a lot of nice tiny homes for permanent residents. Also, the location is close enough to Blue Ridge to uber over if you didn’t tow a car. Will probably go again sometime.

We really enjoyed the cow pastures around the site. Even had a pair of goats come up close to us.
Quiet and secluded feeling but was not hard to get to.

We had the best time at Julie’s property. We arrived late due to some truck issues, but as soon as we arrived, Julie rode over to greet us. My VERY talkative and curious kids immediately wanted to ask her 1,000 questions and she was so kind and friendly with them. The site was clean, easy to park and hook up, and very convenient. The zip line, swing, and daily cow friends were an added bonus. We plan on staying again in the next week or two- it was the perfect getaway!

We loved our time at Julie’s property. The hookups worked flawlessly, very peaceful- we only saw a few cars on the road during our entire stay and only heard an occasional dog barking as you would expect in a rural area. It is an active farm which added to the charm. Only about 20 minutes to Ootelwah and Cleveland, we’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The site is very open, shady and private but still close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing outside in the shade, watching the birds and nearby cows. This is a great option for us when visiting family in the area. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!!

We had a great time staying here in our van. The horses and donkey were sweet. The lynx was super cool. Kimber was very kind and graciously helped us out of some mud we got stuck in. We also had a great time getting to know her and some other campers around a fire. This is a very country set up - everything works but it's the opposite of fancy so be prepared for practical.

We had a nice weekend stay over Memorial Day weekend in this lovely shaded private space with good full hook ups. The host was accommodating of our early arrival request though a dead battery waylaid that plan :).
