Low Meadow Farms (formerly Brown Bike Farms) is a serene four-acre meadow bordered by Burnett Creek. The campground is an easy distance to Downtown Knoxville and an even easier access to all that South Knox's Urban Wilderness has to offer. It uniquely offers a hint of backcountry camping without the 25-mile hike in. It is a great way to test the waters for primitive camping or an easy stop close to the city for a seasoned traveler. It is best suited for car camping, RVs, tent, and hammock camping.
There are fire pits and picnic tables at each site with enough room for tents and RVs. Most sites have trees suitable for hammock camping all along the creek.
There is potable water, firewood for sale, solar showers, and a bike wash stand all next to the covered communal area.
Each standard site can accommodate 2 people to keep space between groups and lessen the impact on the land. Sites 10 and 13 can each accommodate 6 guests. If you have more in your group, we recommend reserving an adjoining campsite.
Sites 1, 2 and 3 are off the main path to the left of the property, and still by the creek. Sites 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are all along the creek and gravel drive Site 10 is very private with creek access on three sides. Site 11 is private with creek access all along the front. Site 12 is up high on a hill, and Site 13 is open in the middle of the meadow.

Several trail heads are located there in the Greenbrier community including Brushy Mountain trail Old settlers trail (several old settlements can easily be found here) Porters Gap trail.

Bath house is close to the site, should you need to use the facilities. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available at the campground.
The HOA does charge a one-time $10 pet fee upon check-in at the office, and is separate from anything I collect.

This site backs up to an enchanting creek and a cobblestone yard with plenty of shade and space to relax in the stillness of nature. We are located in an RV park which offers 3 bath houses, laundry facility, 2 swimming pools, lakeside fishing, arcade, basketball/pickle ball court, playground, and mini golf.
Nearby you will find biking, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, snow sports, whitewater, and wildlife watching. We are also a short drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge’s most famous attractions.
This is an RV site only. You bring your own RV and set it up yourself on our site. Park does not allow tent camping. There is a paved parking pad with full hookups as well as a concrete patio with dining table and chairs. Our site offers potable water, picnic table, wifi, and a space for campfires (burn ban permitting). We are also pet friendly!

Spacious and clean RV site with full hookups (water, sewer, and 50/30/20amp power) located in the Outdoor Resorts at Gatlinburg. Visitors have access to 2 swimming pools (seasonally), 2 mountain streams, a lake, basketball courts, tennis, mini golf, horseshoe pits, shuffle board court, game room, and activities center. Bath house is close to the site, should you need to use the facilities. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available at the campground.
The HOA does charge a one-time $10 pet fee upon check-in at the office, and is separate from anything I collect.

We had a lovely time at the camping site of Danny and Pam’s. We rode on the Polar Express and the location was perfect, only a few minutes away. Our site backed up to a beautiful creek which was very relaxing to sit by. Danny responded right away to any of my questions and was very hospitable.

If you're okay with it being a little outside of town, this is a great place. Very quiet, clean and a very pretty open view. A gorgeous creek flowing and a very well built bridge to get into the campground.
Lots of deer.
All around we were impressed.
Would be nice to have wifi but it definitely wasn't a deal breaker for us.
Though trash needs to be picked up a little more often.
Would definitely recommend to others.

While creekside is not as close to a creek as intended, and not as secluded as some places, it was a very nice and quiet stay. We had a need for an inexpensive site along our route and creek side fit the bill. The host was absolute incredible, and there is a cabin on site that we were allowed to use. I’m not sure if it’s regularly part of the stay though.

Great experience! Mark was communicative from the start, suggesting directions it just for us coming from NC but also for our family coming from TN. He was super flexible when our arrival time changed, and even started a fire for us before we arrived!! (I mentioned sitting by the fire was s priority for us) The area is delightfully remote with creeks and a river and Mark's farm animals nearby. Highly recommended.

This spot was exactly the breath of fresh air I needed. The sites were beautifully maintained, the views were stunning, and the hosts were wonderfully communicative. I ended up extending my stay—twice! I even caught the northern lights during the solar flares, which made the whole experience feel magical. Sitting beside the creek was the perfect way to slow down and enjoy the day—it added a gentle rhythm to the whole trip. The location is peaceful yet close enough to town to be convenient. The location is convienent, well kept and pretty private. The port-o-john was immaculate!! Seriously, the creek was lovely, the site (#10) was perfect for us but I was most impressed with the port-a-potty. Someone takes really good care to keep it clean which is most appreciated for those of us who don't have bathrooms in our campers.
