A nice quiet setting next to the creek. We enjoyed our nights stay. Very private and peaceful. Easy access with our 144 AWD Sprinter Van. Thanks for sharing your site.

Camp site was awsome and enjoyed the secluded area will def make this a go to spot for group camping would recommend there not really much for water and sewer but as long as you bring your own necessities you will be fine

Great little campsite. Spacious enough for a camp and car. Quaint little creek that is very soothing! Not too far from stores in case you forget something (like we did). Some road noise but it is really not disruptive at all!

Dylan is an excellent host! He gave us our privacy
His dogs are so sweet, they'll wander around but they listen well. It feels odd camping on the side of someone's driveway, however, youre within 12 minutes of a gas station and stores and it's so quiet! Would definitely recommend for a quick getaway with 4 people max. May be a tight fit for 2 tents. Definitely coming back!

The place worked out fine for me and my dog! The road noise was evident but not an issue. I felt safe. The site is a wide place in the driveway that was just the right size for my Toyota Prius. There is a steep hill going up one side of the driveway and a steep hill going down to the creek on the other.
I was able to scrounge firewood and, after several attempts, got a nice flame going that lasted an hour or two, just enough to relax before I crawled into my car to sleep. The composting toilet is a five gallon bucket and the TP was on the ground. Daniel texted to be sure I found everything ok. Thanks Daniel!

I live in Knoxville, not too far from this HipCamp site. I’ve stayed at Dylan’s property here several times and each time, it’s just as good as the last.
Dylan makes himself available by messaging for any troubleshooting and is always so accommodating. It’s not a KOA campground, it’s rustic. But, that’s exactly why I like it and Dylan just helps make the experience even more enjoyable!

This place is just right for the price. It is out of the way. I went in March so there was no foliage privacy in woods, but I didn't need any on this trip. The sound of the spring/creek was nice. There is a train track nearby that woke me in the night, but other reviews have already mentioned this. I got right back to sleep. It is by a country road but this was a Friday night and I do not remember being disturbed by it. I just threw my tent out and visited places in town to eat. Will definitely like to stay here again - you can't beat the price and peace!

The fact that there is no other camp sites near by is cool because you’re on your own. But I feel like it should be made clear in the description that its close to a road, within sight of a house across the street, and about 1/4 to 1/2 mile train tracks which can sound like it runs through the middle of the camp site at 3am.
Other than that we had a good time. It was my wife and I with our 7 and 8 year old kids and we were cozy and safe.
We plan on going back again.

Great little spot for a getaway. I had a great time during my 3 night stay here. Dylan was very responsive and the property was a nice piece of solitude before I headed back to work for the week.
There is some road noise, during the time I was there, I heard 2 freight trains, which, the tracks are pretty close so it sounded like it was coming through my tent, but it was still so fun, and such a steal for the price!

We had a great time tent camping at Creekside! The compostable toilet was certainly a plus. The noise wasn’t too bad, just the occasional dog bark and cars passing by. Dylan was very friendly and the land was clean and well kept. I would certainly camp here again!
