2 nights at Peaceful Hollow Farm

I really enjoyed staying at this campsite. Darla was very attentive, and was available every time I needed a ride down the hill to my car. There’s a great hiking trail that takes you up to the base of a mountain, with a great view. Nighttime vibes were awesome. Definitely recommend.

Me and my son had so much fun on this trip. It was a little cold but we made it through. And we enjoyed cooking out over the charcoal/wood grill. And an amazing view of the water fall near by. We loved are stay and would come back again. Thank you for the stay Grant.

This was our second time staying on Grants beautiful property in the mountains of Tracy city! It seems to get better every time we visit. We brought our 8 month old son, Arlo, and it was his very first camping trip!! Grant and his wife are such genuine and kind people, they truly go out of their way to make your experience special and memorable. The property could be a state park itself, we spent several hours exploring the mountainside and admiring Miller Falls. Our campsite was huge, clean, and perfectly situated to view the sunset. This won’t be our last time camping on Grants property, and we so look forward to returning!

Our stay was short, but our experience was great! We stayed in the Beech Treehouse where we were very cozy sleeping through a thunderstorm. The waterfall sang to us all night and was a spectacular sight in the morning. Around the treehouse grounds we enjoyed seeing toads, turtles, squirrels and birds, birds, birds. The treehouse itself is well appointed and the hospitality of hosts Grant and Becky made our little overnight a joy.

We stayed at the Outdoor Kitchen + Yurtle with a group and had a wonderful time. The waterfall is a short walk to feel like you’re in another world! We will definitely be back and hope to try out Grant’s other creative structures.

Becky and Grant have a beautiful piece of land and are incredible hosts. They truly want you to have the best time on their property and are there to help you with anything you could want/need. It’s obvious they genuinely love the company of others and that they enjoy sharing their land for others to enjoy. Words simply cannot do this place justice and we loved exploring it. Running Water Creek is a unique, fully off grid campground just 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. We have 80+ campsites spread out over 120 acres. Most of the roads are accessible in any small car, but some roads require 4x4 (they're marked with a sign). We have a bath house with toilets, showers, and sinks and even offer hot water! Our well and cabins are all solar powered as we are not on the electric grid. Some info about the property: -we DO NOT have water or power hookups -we have gravel roads with a 5 MPH speed limit on the property (if you drive too fast the roads will seem rough) -we are right next to a highway and train tracks so there will be some noise (some days are better than others and we have no way of predicting how many trains will/will not go by) -none of our campsites have picnic tables (please plan accordingly) -most campsites have fire rings built, but if you choose a site without one you need to build your own

It over 900 acres of private forested land on Whitwell Mountain, which is part of the Cumberland Plateau in Southeast Tennessee. We recommend bringing a portable battery pack to charge devices. • Please be respectful of any wildlife (there are white tail deer, raccoons, weasels, harmless black snakes, mink, foxes, coyotes, many birds, and the extremely, and we do mean extremely, rare black bear), while fishing in the little river is allowed, hunting is prohibited.

Only enough land has been cleared for structures so it's all wooded and every structure was built by us and is unique and one of a kind. We are all excited to offer an RV site to park a camper or pitch a tent if you want to bring a couple of friends. There is a separate charge for this. This site does offer electricity but water and the bathhouse are shared. This site is only offered to your group and there will never be campers in that space while you’re there.

Nearby is the Owner's temporary cabin and Sarsaparilla Lookout Workshop. And about 100 feet away are honeybee hives ("Haven of Honey - A Bee Resort").
