Enjoy a three-room apartment with a private entrance and garden views, situated on a forested lot on Signal Mountain. This cozy space occupies the basement level of our home and includes: • Bathroom: shower, sink, and toilet • Bedroom: queen bed with linens, closet, heated mattress pad, and TV • Living area: additional cot, microwave, dishes, sink, mini fridge, Keurig with coffee, table, and seating Our home sits on a quiet one-acre lot surrounded by trees, moss, and native plants. With an 1863 cabin on the property, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped away from the stress of everyday life—while still being close to Chattanooga’s highlights, including Rock City, Ruby Falls, the Tennessee Aquarium, the River Walk, and more. Local grocery stores and Signal Mountain attractions such as Signal Point, Mushroom Rock, McCoy Farms, and Falling Water Falls are less than a mile away. Guest Access You’ll have a private entrance with driveway parking. Guests are welcome to enjoy our yard, side patio, solo stove, outdoor seating, and amenities such as a slide into the wooded backyard, fire pit, and our artist studios. Keith is a painter/photographer with a studio in the house, and Kris is a mixed-media sculptor and installation artist with a studio in the cabin. We’re happy to provide recommendations for local farms, hiking trails, museums, and venues. Entrance is private with parking in our driveway. We will check in with you and give you access to the apartment as well as enjoying our yard, side patio, solo stove, outdoor seating and other amenities including a slide into the wooded backyard, fire pit and our artist studios (Keith is a painter and photographer and has a studio in the house, Kris is a mixed media sculptor and installation artist with a studio in the cabin). This basement apartment is fantastic and Kris is a wonderful, welcoming host. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! It's comfortable, has nice amenities, and it's a great location! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing, cute and quaint stay! You’re surrounded by the woods but have easy access to the town! The bed was super comfy and it had everything we needed. Most importantly Kris was so sweet and amazing! She was very accommodating and had such great communication. I would definitely come back!

This was a super nice place to stay! Super comfy and convenient to Chattanooga. The little area of Signal Mountain was a really enjoyable as well. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time to spend here!
