Please read the site descriptions carefully to match your style of camping with the appropriate campsite. BBA guests frequently camp with a tent, vehicle, smaller camper, hammock tent, roof top tent, pop-up camper and similar styles. Most photos in this listing are taken onsite. Please keep in mind this is primitive and wild Tennessee landscape that may also contain poisonous plants and wildlife in or around camp.
Access to fresh water fun is a short down-hill hike for all guests, with the exception of our hike-in campsites which are positioned alongside the river. Each spot has been strategically selected to provide as much privacy as possible, and comfortably accommodates groups with two vehicles. We provide a rock fire pit and heavy-duty, cast-iron grill grate. You provide everything else, including drinking water and personal toilet waste bags if you plan to use our system. The hike-in sites come with extra seating. Every guest must be included on your reservation, and adult guests may be required to provide identification. Thank you!
COMMUNITY COMFORT STATION: There is a comfort station with an outdoor shower stall for hanging your own solar shower bag. The comfort station also includes a changing room which doubles as a private place to use your portable camping toilet. A toilet seat and bucket system is provided but guests will need to use their own waste disposal bags, available at most camping supply stores. The backside of the comfort station has a rain barrel (not potable) collection system for extinguishing fires.
OFF-ROAD CONDITIONS: Due to the primitive nature of our location, all reservations should expect hilly terrain and potential bumpy or some muddy road access, especially after heavy rain. We ask all guests to help us minimize impacts by driving with care. Vehicles with low ground clearance or low-profile tires are no longer permitted to use the off-road drive and must park at the entrance. If you want a campsite with the shortest walk from the entrance parking area, you will want to select campsite 5, 9 or 6. When the road is open during unusually wet periods, we recommend AWD or 4WD as a precaution. We are continuously working on improvements for our off-road drive.
Belle and Beau Acres is a farm homestead with a personal campground, conveniently located less than five minutes from I40. Expect nothing short of 360 degree views of relaxing nature, privacy, and spontaneous adventure when recreating at this agritourism location. Central to the most beautiful middle Tennessee destinations, BBA is the perfect home base for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing excursions to at least 10 nearby state parks and lakes. Conveniently located on the Eastern Highland Rim between Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga in the lower Appalachian mountains, this area sits at the Upper Cumberland Plateau and is part of Tennessee's largest micropolitan area of Cookeville. Tri Mountain View Campground is located in the Northeast corner of Tennessee in the town of Shady Valley. With an elevation of 2,800 feet, Shady Valley is the second highest town in Tennessee. It is just 26 miles from the Bristol Raceway and the Bristol Caverns. It is just a 15 minute drive to Backbone rock and a short drive to the Appalachian Trail. The property was a Dairy Farm and went out of business in the late 90’s and since then there has been over 3,000 trees planted. Some of these trees include the rare Butternut and Hazelnut, but mostly White Pine, Walnut and Oaks. The property has approximately 1,000 feet of fishing on Beaver dam creek, so we recommend bringing waders. There is also a shower house, washer and dryer.

About the sites:
There is a large parking area right off main road for easy access. Those with vans and RVs can set up right on the gravel parking area (also an option to tent camp right beside the parking area and enjoy the open sky and long range views. Campers who are willing to walk up a somewhat steep him can tent camp in the beautiful hilltop tent camping site which is located in a grove of pine trees.
This is a new Hip Camp listing and sites are privative for now. Enjoy unplugging as you camp because there is No Cell Phone reception here. There is WIFI at the neighborhood restaurant, Hellbender's Café just 4 minutes away (typically open from 11-5pm) during the warmer months. While there is no electricity (or hookups for RVs), there are very few street lights in the area which makes for amazing stargazing. The only source of water is from a temperate stream that runs along the back side of the property for those campers who are comfortable boiling or treating their water.
The property is 5.3 acres total, part of it is open former pasture land and over 1/2 of the property is forest. There is a wooden hill top area that is great for tent campers. The back side of the property is steep in some places, but it can be fun for those who want to hike and explore the mountainside.

We discovered this small homestead 18 years ago. It was built by a man preparing to go off grid, but he never did. In the intervening time, we became enthralled with growing vegetables, raising ducks, grazing sheep and hiking the hills behind us.
Then Nicole discovered permaculture and began the process of changing the land using these practices. With our three dogs, cats, goats, sheep, rabbits, ducks and chicken (there is only one chicken), things can be pretty merry around her. There are aquaponics and hydroponics to check out for fun. Plus, Nicole is one of the region's only craft coffee roasters, so you are in for a treat if you come visit and like coffee because she tends to make coffee most mornings.

The camp site is a two-minute walk from the driveway and outhouse so be prepared to carry items in and take your morning constitutional walk.

This is a functioning homestead, so we may be hosting an open house event, processing animals, or some other fun homestead happening activity during your stay.

Big East Fork is a preserved natural space dedicated to connecting people to
Tennessee's beautiful
wilderness. Ten private parcels were cobbled together, originally built as private residences and farmstead. All houses are available for rent and camping sites are located near by.
Twenty miles of hiking trails wind throughout the forest, leading campers by the
lake, creeks, and
seasonal and perennial small waterfalls. Wildlife residents include hawks, turkeys, coyotes, beavers, and deer.

Beautiful brand new campsite right on the Tennessee river in Clifton, Tennessee. Located in White Oak Landing, a gated community with awesome other RV'ers. There's a community boat ramp, boat storage area, or keep it on your lot, picnic pavilion, recreation area. And within just a short boat ride or drive there’s Fisherdale, and Clifton Marinas. Ross Creek Landing Golf Course Is a quick 10 min drive. Shopping/town isn’t too far. I have two graveled sites on one lot, one is pull in and one back in. Suitable for all size RV's, $680 a month. 50/30 amp, sewer, water, electric and trash included! All pets welcome. No restrictions on breads. Internet included for longer stays. We had an amazing stay at Big Rivers Land Camping! The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.
The campsite was spacious and just a short walk to the water, which was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The property is absolutely beautiful, and we loved hearing the farm animals throughout our stay—it made the experience feel so peaceful and unique. The hosts even invited us to meet the animals, and they showed us how to milk a goat! It was such a fun and memorable experience.
They also have a huge covered sand play area, which ended up being perfect when it rained a couple of times. It gave everyone a place to keep playing and enjoying the outdoors despite the weather.
If you’re looking for a relaxing camping spot with beautiful scenery, welcoming hosts, fun farm experiences, and family-friendly amenities, I highly recommend Big Rivers Land Camping. We can’t wait to come back!

The property is beautiful and our host was attentive - Debbie was gracious in checking on us making sure that we had covered space when a storm coming in. The storm skipped us but provided a beautiful rainbow.

This campsite is a hidden gem! Crystal clear, cool water and the awesome bluffs made for a picture perfect place to escape the July heat. The grandkids had a blast swimming, fishing, catching crayfish and searching for that special rock. The campsite is so easy to pull thru and hook up. It is very quiet, with lots of amenities. The campsite is huge! It more like renting your own private park than a campsite!

Christine was more than helpful with navigation to the site, providing maps and clear directions to get us there safely! We had the most lovely time and plan on stopping back through on our way back (we just loved it that much) would recommend to anyone who’s just passing through or staying for a night or two! There is a BEAUTIFUL waterfall if you’re brave enough to venture down the creek bed too :)

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights and had the best experience! The hosts were so nice, accommodating and helpful!!! The campsites are HUGE and well spaced out, very private. The property is well kept and clean. The trails were clear and well kept, easy hike to a 27 foot gorgeous waterfall, we swam in the shaded creek right by it. There is a comfort station with an outdoor shower if you have a solar shower, ‘outhouse’, sewing kit, women’s hygiene items, extra bbq tools to borrow and tons more care items. Will definitely be back!

Peaceful and awesome views!!! I was at one of the full hook up sites and had no issues. Restrooms and showers were clean. Laundry room was free to use too. I will definitely be going back again!

Beautiful farm and easy to find. Maisy was very hospitable. I was upgraded to A frame due to the stormy weather and that was so appreciated. I had a great view of the cows and donkey! I was able to relax and sleep easy. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed in one of the A frames at the farm and it was great! Maisy and her family were so friendly and helpful when we arrived and we got to see the cows grazing right by where we were staying! Would definitely recommend and we'll come back again!

Twin Valley Horse Ranch and Bed & Breakfast is such a delightful place! This is our second visit, and we truly appreciate how Janice has created a warm and welcoming environment that is also dog-friendly. Finding spots that welcome us and our furry friends can be tough, so we’re grateful for this special place. Luke’s Cabin is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. We also love that here, you can disconnect and enjoy the tranquility without Wi-Fi. It’s a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful Smokey Mountains and nearby attractions, especially Dollywood, which is just about a 30-minute drive away. Whether you want to fill your days with adventures or simply relax by the lake or fire pit and spend time with the animals, there’s plenty to enjoy. We recommend all of Janice’s wonderful facilities, but our personal favorite is Luke’s Cabin.
