Our ranch offers stunning mountain views, open pastures, spectacular sunsets, and the opportunity to experience life on a working ranch. Guests are welcome to meet our friendly goats, donkey, chickens, and other farm animals while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Bring a chair, enjoy the fresh mountain air, watch the wildlife, and unwind beneath a sky full of stars. Horse lovers are welcome to bring their horses and enjoy nearby riding opportunities, with easy access to miles of scenic trails throughout the Cherokee National Forest. Motorcycle enthusiasts will appreciate being just minutes from The Snake (Shady Valley), one of the Southeast’s most legendary motorcycle routes, featuring more than 400 curves through some of the region’s most beautiful mountain scenery. Surrounded by open skies, mountain scenery, and peaceful countryside, these sites provide a quiet retreat where you can enjoy stunning views, wildlife, and unforgettable stargazing after dark. Located near our charming chicken coop—future home to our flock—this area captures the authentic feel of ranch life while offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. Site 3 is our premier overlook campsite and boasts the best panoramic views on the entire property, overlooking Denton Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s the perfect spot for photographers, couples, and anyone wanting to enjoy sunrise with a cup of coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery. These are primitive campsites designed for guests seeking a more rustic camping experience. Wake up to mountain views and wind down with breathtaking sunsets overlooking the pastures and our iconic red barn. This site comfortably accommodates tents or RVs up to 15 feet in length. Enjoy peaceful mornings with birdsong, spend your day exploring nearby South Holston Lake, Cherokee National Forest, Bristol Motor Speedway or the Appalachian Trail, and return to relax around your campsite while watching the sky transform into brilliant shades of orange, pink, and purple. From this site you’ll also have the opportunity to see our friendly ranch animals grazing nearby and experience the quiet charm of life on a working ranch.
