RV Boondocking
Family had a wonderful time despite the weather turning cold on us. Troy and the team were top notch and gave a great tour. Kids loved the animals and we loved walking the property. We'll be back in the spring.

The host was great. It was a rainy day from Start to finish. They were surprised to see me, because of the rain. After we exchanged stories of triumph, I was given a tour on a 4x4 cart to ride the 400 acres of property. I had the whole property to myself. Beautiful. Not a soul for miles. Did a short hike to the waterfall, nice. I'll be going back for sure. Much more than I expected. Nice folks. Make sure to say hello to the family goat, Shelly. Oh! And the white peacock and piglets.

Absolutely amazing honestly best place ever camped Troy helped with everything we needed and the property is beautiful and the pond was full of nice rainbow and brown trout. We will definitely be back many times in the future. The eggs honey and coffee are a must have

Beautiful spot and friendly staff. They nickel and dime you though. Charging per person and not per site, charge you for throwing out your trash, requiring you to purchase their wood. Again, pretty location but 1 night of camping was almost $60.

Everything at your fingertips!
Absolutely PERFECT! We couldn’t have found a more beautiful tent camping spot. We had just the right amount of privacy, but still able to interact with campers nearby. We bought chicken, fresh eggs and honey from the store. It was sooo delicious and nice to be able to enjoy some local products. They also provide wood for an additional price. We enjoyed the short hike to the waterfall and we fished from one of the nearby ponds. We were only there for one night but we could’ve stayed for much longer. As a young black couple, we felt very welcome and safe.

Great people, great place!
This place is a little piece of paradise. Cell phone service runs out about 3-4 miles before you get there which was another plus. The campsites are very well spaced out and thoughtfully positioned. My boys are already wanting me to start planning their next visit. Nanette and Troy are phenomenal host!

6 adults/6 kids/3 dogs GREAT TIME!
Beautiful property! Private, clean, and friendly hosts. Nice trails to walk and ponds to fish. Seasoned wood and ice for purchase. Wifi at camp store but no cell service (imo perfect way to disconnect). Clean portapotty and potable water (bring a container). Able to easily get our truck and 27ft camper into our spot by the pond. Only feedback would be for rv vs tent camp reservation site to be more consistent with information and how to purchase sites (seemed to have some conflicting information).

Blue Ridge Ranch was amazing. We had a perfect spot by the pond, caught piles of fish, and caught to properly shut off. Nanette and her family were very sweet and inviting. We definitely will be back!

Ranch Camping!
We had an amazing time camping at BR! I have stayed at a lot of hip camps in the past but this one is beyond my favorite! This site is a MUST stay! My friend and I cannot wait to go back again!

Best camping experience ever!!!
I had such an incredible experience at Blue Ridge Ranch, the staff Jen and Issac were so welcoming and helpful for my first time tent camping. They made sure to help me in anyway they could at all times during my stay there. This was such a great way to get away from the world. They have Wi-Fi, a coffee bar, a shower, a laundry facility, and are very accommodating for any needs of the guests who stay at their Ranch. The ranch is also very well taken care of and has an endless amount of fun and exciting things to do (hiking trails, waterfalls, pet and feed the farm animals, and a luxury community cabin that is available for guests to hang out and relax in). I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend this stay to anyone who wants to get away for a few days to recharge and focus on themselves. What’s even better is that all the proceeds from camping here go to a non-profit that helps pay for kids to go out on adventures and summer camps. Thank you so much for such a truly fantastic time at the Blue Ridge Ranch!!

Camping by the pond
Our tent site was located next to a beautiful pond with ducks. It was close to the farm buildings but was secluded enough to allow privacy during night. During day there were other campers fishing in the pond. Overall good mix of nature and security for kids with family.

Great site. Flat, secluded and beautiful. Bordered by a babbling brook on one side and a steep and forested hillside on the other.
Nanette was kind and professional while being quick to reply to my messages.

This place has everything you need including a bathroom and shower. Our host was amazing and provided lots of great tips for visiting areas around town. I would highly recommend this camp.

Great Place to Camp
The site is Awesome. Huge Maple tree with lots of shade. Fire Pit close enough to a Babbling Brook to hear all night. A great view of the Mountains during the day and brilliant starts and Lightning Bugs at night. Quite and out of the way. The Hosts are very nice and accommodating. Had a great time. Would go again.

Camping with Mountain views
Amazing experience! We were not sure what to expect when we arrived but everything was perfect. The entire property is beautiful. Our site was secluded, in between the mountains and by a running creek. We had two dogs and they were able to run free and play. Our children were able to fish and hike and play. Nevin and his wife were great hosts, even taking us on a tour of the whole property on their atv. There are several ponds there for fishing, a creek to put your fit in (with some areas deeper that you could float in), 2 small waterfalls on the property, Glamping teepees, and there are farm animals to see and interact with. At night the woods around us were filled with lightning bugs, and the clear, dark sky allowed for great star viewing at night.
Our site was mowed flat grass and had a fire pit. We were able to park by our tents, and we were able to purchase dry firewood directly from them. Fell asleep to the sound of the glowing creek.
Definitely going to go back. My nephew told us he would like to come back every other weekend…ha.

beautiful views everywhere you look
the farm was beautiful and everyone there was more than accommodating. we grabbed one of the half chickens on the way out to throw on the grill when we got home and it was delicious.

Beautiful NC Mountain Getaway
I had such a peaceful stay here. I camping nearby a creek and had a gorgeous view with an open field and mountains in the backdrop. The land is great for hiking and the set up for camping is removed enough so you have decent privacy. Can't wait to see how they expand this area and will definitely return.
