Rosewood Farm and Agripark is my home. I honestly had about the most amazing childhood one could have on this very land! We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! I am so fortunate to be the daughter of two amazing parents, who had a dream to build a working farm from nothing more than a logging trail in the woods. They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! We have 200 acres of farmland that features rolling hills, multiple ponds, creeks, farm animals, show horses and countless wildlife viewing opportunities. Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Listen to the frogs croaking, crickets chirping and whipporwhills calling every evening under a magical blanket of stars. Take a nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark!
For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. While we are under heavy construction at the moment in some areas of the park, many amenities are currently available. Why not unplug from the daily grind and spend time with those that matter most? My goal is to make this land as magical for your family as it has been for mine!

Located on family land granted by King Charles in 1685 we have worked hard to restore and refurbish in a sustainable way, using the trees and supplies from the land that they sit on. Hand crafting doors and furniture the way the family did it 140 plus years ago. The history of this place is deep, even the nails for the cabin and farm house that is now the clubhouse were hand crafted by my great grandfather in his blacksmith shop, along with the wagon wheels, horse shoes, misc farm utensils etc... there was no running out to Lowes to pick up what was needed, it was made in the blacksmith shop.
We love riding ATV's and SXS's on the trails on the mountains that I grew up on with my 3 brothers, we hope the people who visit and experience the mountains feel about them the way we do, we love em. We like to give riding tours and talking about the mountain and its challenges.
We named the park from the famous product that was created here during prohibition, Cherry Bounce Moonshine. You can visit some of the original still sites on the mountain, of course they are not operational today.

We are an adrenaline pumping ATV and SXS park with 25+ miles of mountainous trails at four skill levels; Green (Easy), Blue (Challenging), Black Diamond (Very Difficult) and Double Black Diamond (Most Difficult).
You can bring your own ATV or SXS or rent one of ours. We have cabins & camp sites that are accessed by ATV or SXS on the mountains as well as hiking or biking. We do not allow jeeps, trucks or dirt bike motorcycles on the mountain, just ATV's and SXS vehicles.

Our stay here was wonderful! The land is absolutely gorgeous, the cabin is well stocked with almost everything you need, and Katie and her husband are just so pleasant and kind! My boys loved meeting the animals, kayaking on the pond, and telling stories around the fire! We would love to come out again sometime for a longer period of time! Highly recommend!!

Second time visiting with my Dalmation. Katie and hubby super hosts. Cabin is very well done for a small space. The live edge cabinetry is superb. BRIAN (DALMATION) LOVES BEING OFF LEASH! If you need your modern accouterments, we'll, there is none. Truly a place of tranquility. Horses at a section of pasture are cute "bring carrots " will be back when it is time to unwind again!

I would say the number one best thing about this Hipcamp is the privacy. The cabin is out by itself next to a pond and it’s so nice and quiet. So if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place with no other campers around, this is for you. I appreciated all of the amenities, like the Keurig coffee maker and the kitchen, which seemed to have everything you could need.

The tent site was excellent. It was very private, with clean sheets, comfortable beds, and a well-maintained tent. The kids had a great time playing in the creek and especially enjoyed hiking the small loop after dark to see the fairy lights. The bathroom was cleaner and nicer than expected, making the stay even more enjoyable.

If I could rate it higher I would, this was a great get away on a beautiful plot of land, the beds are comfortable and even with 8 people it didn’t feel cramped at all. They also had pickleball which was a lot of fun. 10/10

We absolutely love this place. Katie and her family are an absolute delight and the property is magnificent. She is so patient and so kind, especially with kids that have 4 million questions about every single animal on the farm. We're so grateful to have a place to go as a family and spend time, I cannot say enough good things!

We spent the weekend in the bus and absolutely loved it!
The kids loved the driver's seat and the sitting area upstairs. It was an awesome night escape with nothing but the stars above. They have thought of literally everything you need. The view and atmosphere were lovely! It's a nice place to forget the city life. We will definitely do it again.
The host is very attentive and pleasant.

1 night at Eden in Lancaster, SC
We loved the area! So beautiful and peaceful! The host had everything ready for us and we didn’t run into big issues. However the ad said 6 people max and I think that’s a little misleading. It was just 2 of us and there was not a lot of room in the camper. It would be a good spot for more people who brought tents to put up outside the camper. Again we enjoyed it and I recommend, just be aware of the amount of space inside.

1 night at Triple J Farm and Campground
We LOVED camping here ! We are not campers by sport and are in no way, experts but this was amazing.
The property is sooo cute ! We went on a walk and picked a basketful of blackberries 🥰
The goats provided everything we needed to be comfy, the yurt area was perfect for our small family. The creek, swing, grill, and all. We loved it !
A really bad thunderstorm hit the night we stayed and we hunkered down and made it through. It was an experience we will NEVER forget and can't wait to visit again.
Our kids loved them panning in the creek, and the shower - the outdoor shower was the favorite lol

We had the best time on Steven’s land in the Rooftop Skoolie! Steven was an extremely gracious and communicative host, and we felt incredibly cared and provided for throughout the entire trip! The bus sits at the backside of a beautiful property and feels completely private. We opted for Steven to provide a bundle of firewood for us, and a large, dry stack was waiting for us when we arrived! While sitting around the fire pit, you’ll enjoy mountain views and wide open rolling hay fields. We loved roasting marshmallows and catching fireflies in the evening. The newly constructed “outhouse” (toilet, shower, and laundry) was gorgeous, clean, and climate controlled, which made getting cleaned up after a long hot day of hiking a real treat. The bus itself was a highlight of the trip for my two boys. They loved sitting behind the wheel, pressing all of the switches and buttons, and operating the door for us to move in and out. The interior has been carefully designed and crafted to maximize utility without sacrificing comfort. While we did spend most of our time outdoors, we were all able to sleep comfortably inside. There’s a small selection of card and board games that we played at the picnic table during downtime and didn’t feel the need to turn the TV on at all. If you’re looking for a special weekend getaway close to hiking, swimming, waterfalls, fishing, mountain biking, paddling, and so much more, look no further than the Rooftop Skoolie! 10/10 would recommend!

Weekend Trip to Rosewood Farm and Agripark
Absolutely perfect for a scenic getaway to reset. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Really a great little spot. Kitchen has everything you’ll need as far as equipment (hot plate, air frier, toaster oven, coffee pot). Cannot recommend enough! Will absolutely be back.

Incredible getaway: wooded trails, great fishing, peaceful canoe, beautiful views, and the best hospitality. We rented a golf cart to explore the land a bit more and that was a great addition to our trip. We did not want to leave and we cannot wait to come back! Thanks for everything Mike!
