I am minutes from Route 15 in the center of 45 acres 240 feet above the road at 1680 feet with 30 mile views. My nearest neighbors are a half mile away. Get a 360 degree view from the lookout tower. Plenty of room for your dogs to run. All 3 sites have elect extention cords strung to them providing 15 amp 115v electric Wood fire pits at each site with wood available for purchase. All sites have string lights and picnic tables. There is sold ground for a small size camper or any size tent. The lookout tower us for all to use.
I am 25 minutes from Wellsboro PA and the Pa Grand Canyon with a 62 mile rail trail, bike and kayak rentals are 40 minutes away, one hour to Finger lakes, locally there is lots of hiking, fishing and exploring. 4 wheel drive maybe needed in winter for my driveway.

A gorgeous property at the foot of Elephant mountain with the Elk Run creek edging the back yard area, provides hours of relaxation listen to the stream, fishing and wading in the creek.
Huge maple trees where a maple sugar shack was once on the property provides a wooded area by the stream where you can set up a tent or sleep in hammocks and listen to the stream.
There is a gorgeous completely renovated house on the property that may also be rented. The property is shared.
We provide a picnic table, and a fire ring. Fire wood available for additional fee. There could be two sites, one has electric and both have water. If you are camping together, contact me for additional information and fee for more than one RVs.
Bring a water filter, water is safe but has the sulfur smell. A charcoal filter is recommended.
The circular driveway provides easy access. Toy hauler or horse trailers welcome. ATV can get in the DCNR connector trail right from the driveway. Hunters are welcome to hunt the many acres of public land in the area. Not permitted on our property.
There is wildlife including bear, deer and Turkey we often see ducks, eagles, gross beaks, and cardinals just to name a few.
This is the place to come to park you RV and retreat to the creek in back of property if you want time to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
There may be other people on the property if we are there or if the house is rented. There is plenty of space for all.

Thanks for checking us out! We purchased our 20.5 Acres of land in the 1970's. We lived in a small dwelling and lived off the land for years; with a large garden and small farm animals.
Now, our property has become our retirement sanctuary, for us to use with our RV. We developed 2 RV sites with full hookups, including 30, 50 Amp and 110 electric. There is water and sewage hookups, at both sites. We would like to share this sanctuary with others, who would appreciate it. You can book 1 site or add the second site at the extras section, in check out. We are only renting to one party at a time. You will have the campsites to yourselves.
Our property is one mile from Cowanesque Lake, where there is fishing, boating, and swimming. You will enjoy wildlife, on our property and in the surrounding area such as deer, bald eagles, various birds, hoot owls at night, and others. It is also within driving distance from the Finger Lakes and wineries, Watkins Glenn, Corning Glass Museum, Leonard Harrison and Colton Point State Parks, Hills Creek State Park, Mansfield University, Tioga Boar Hunting Reserve, and the adorable town of Wellsboro.
There are no lights on our property and is very dark at night. It is best to arrive during daylight, for easier RV hook up. However, due to the darkness, stargazing is spectacular. We have been able to see the Milky Way, at times. There is only one other home visible from the campsites. Enjoy!

Towner's Country Paradise started out as a wild forest and pasture for cows in the 1940's, owned by Llewellyn Towner. In the 1960s, Llewellyn's love for aviation led him to construct a small airstrip and hangar, and then his son Terry began to plant Christmas Trees (no more cows) and clear much of the land. By the early 1970's our main and largest pond was built and since that time our fully functional cabin, several more fish ponds, roads, trails, running water and generated electricity have been added. We call our 10 acre, secluded property Cold Springs. We have spent 15 years here curating lovely areas to relax, party at and invite others to call it a home away from home. The camping areas are in the back of the property and are surrounded by woods and secluded from view of the house. There are paths leading to the pond which is a great reading area and fishing spot plus a canoe and paddleboat to enjoy. Last summer (2022) we added a tipi to the camping area. We are located right outside of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Our area is home to many amazing restaurants, several breweries and cute downtown shops.

A great spot for a quiet coffee in the morning, walk in the woods, or just a night around the campfire with friends. Our sites include fire ring and picnic table for your use. Sorry, at this time we don't offer utilities, however we do have a porta-potty onsite for campers use. Many of our campers are here to disconnect, but most of the sites offer good cell service.
Plenty of woods and fields to wander through. Days are filled with wildlife. Turkey and deer that hang out in the lawn to the peepers and yes even the coyotes at night! We also have a handful of Eagles that can be seen pretty often too! We offer wooded and open area hiking trails around the property.
The property is located in the quiet hills in New York's Finger Lakes Region. Just 20 minutes from Keuka Lake and 25 to all the shopping and dining experiences that you could ever want in downtown Corning along with hundreds of NYS
breweries and wineries to enjoy during the day. Return to the hill for a quiet campfire in the evening.
Their are several nearby rivers and lakes to canoe or kayak, hiking trails all over the region and even in our own backyard! We hope to see you soon!
Sites #1, #2 & #3 can easily accommodate any type of camper (tent, trailer, van, RV, motor home, etc.)
These sites could be booked for more than just 2 campers. Please contact me if you have a larger group.
Site #4 offers the best view! However it is close to our house so if you want more privacy we recommend staying at one of the other sites. But their is plenty of room here for a larger group.
Site #5 is secluded by itself on the far side of the field on the right hand side of our driveway. The best way to get to it is to take the road to the end of the field. You will find an vehicle accessible path next to the tree line.

This is the perfect choice for anyone looking to fully experience the peace and quiet of nature. It was an amazing environment for a relaxing getaway with our dog, Luna.
The cabin was well-stocked with absolutely everything we needed. Even though it’s in the mountains, the shower was fantastic—plenty of hot water and great water pressure! The manager was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. We made great memories here and would absolutely love to visit again.

I had a great stay at the tiny house on Allison and Randy's farm. It was so cozy and cute. Falling asleep listening to the rain on the roof was magical. Allison showed me how to use the wood stove and made sure I was comfortable. The cabin had everything I needed. Thanks for being wonderful hosts!

This was a wonderful RV campsite. We had it to ourselves. It was easy to find. We were greeted upon arrival but left alone to enjoy the quiet and solitude. Staying in April, we saw geese on and around the pond, but no goose mess around the campsite. You sit up the hill a little from the actual pond. We also saw deer in the evening and heard red winged blackbirds and so many song birds all day. It was so wonderful to just be away. We were provided firewood and a trash can and a nice picnic table. The site we stayed at was level and so very clean. Green everywhere we looked. The Endless Mountains are beautiful. Troy was nearby with necessities and restaurant options if you need it. Towanda was a little farther, but lovely. We stopped at Mountain View Winery and enjoyed our time there as well. But the best day was when we never left – enjoyed our hammock and the chance for our rescue dog to chill and curl up in the grass on a leash next to us. The only time he got excited was when the geese got mouthy 😊 He just wanted them all to get along. We would definitely enjoy coming here again for time away from the hustle and bustle of suburban life. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

Wow what a cool surprise this was, my girlfriend and I booked this last week for a quick getaway. Upon arrival we met with our host Gary, he gave us a tour of the property and explained his vision for the homestead, I just think it’s so cool in 2026 for a host to not care about gouging people for money, and genuinely wanting to show people it’s possible to live a self sustaining lifestyle. Gary provided all the firewood we could ask for free of charge and even started a fire for us the first night. The goats were AMAZING! Gary gave us a huge bucket of corn to go down and introduce ourselves, there had to be 40 of them including about 6 babies. It was heaven. The wagon itself was super comfortable with a small wood stove, and a nice queen bed. Gary brought us over some delicious fresh eggs from his chickens in the morning and man there was nothing like it. Well for sure be back, thank you so much Gary for all the hospitality and conversation. Ps give Sawyer a big pat on the head for us!

My boyfriend, our dog, and I very much enjoyed our stay in the covered wagon. Gary couldn’t be a nicer guy and real genuine. He helped make our stay comfortable, giving us wood for the fire, some fresh eggs for breakfast, and corn to feed the friendliest goats. His dogs are sweet and friendly too. Our dog got to make new friends. We really loved every minute of our trip. I highly recommend choosing the Stoney Goat Homestead. It was a great place to unwind and forget about the stresses of life. I can’t wait to see how the homestead progresses into Gary’s vision. It’s already a great place. I wish we could’ve stayed longer but we’ll definitely be back for sure! Thanks so much Gary!!! : )

What a cool place to stay. My dog and I stayed the night passing through and really liked the site. Felt secluded yet had trails nearby for hiking. The lookout tower is really cool. It was a bit chilly (seems spring isn't fully arrived yet) but well worth the cold. We'll be back for sure!

Weekend Trip to Stoney Goat Homestead
Gary a great hoast. He cut up plenty of wood for the inside fireplace to keep us warm through the night and even left us some fresh eggs for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the yurt was more spacious then it looked in the photos.

Weekend Trip to Elk Creek Escape/Sawmill Woodzie
This was my second time staying at "The Woodzzy". I booked for my birthday over the weekend and it was a much needed getaway for me, my fiance and our dog. We all love the coziness of the cabin. It makes being lazy real easy. Not having phone service was amazing and a get way to disconnect. Thank to Russ for being helpful and accommodating. It also was a pleasure talking to him. I highly recommend this cabin and best believe I will be booking again!

The Wood-see is a lovely rustic cabin! We stayed for 4 nights over New Year’s when it was very cold and Russ kept us supplied with wood. We brought paper and a hatchet for kindling, which were both needed. Hope to make it back to stay again!
