Nice and private. Quiet. A morning walk in the woods was lovely, great birding! I had a minor misunderstanding regarding access and Scott responded immediately to help me out.

Plenty of free wood was appreciated and the trails in the area was just what we wanted. Other than a few other riders we felt alone out there 😄

100 Acre Wood again did not disappoint. This was our second time here and we loved it just as much as the first time. We love the 100% seclusion of the site. No neighbors in sight. We did a lot of relaxing and listening to the birds during the day and the owls at night. The hookups were easy to use. We would take the ride into Wellsville for supplies, going past Amish farms along the way. On Fridays and Saturdays there’s one place on the left on the New York side on the way to Wellsville that has homemade baked goods, try some. Book this site if you value privacy, walking in the woods and listening to birdsong, you won’t be disappointed.

Many thanks to Scott and Jodi for sharing this little slice of heaven with others! The spot is absolutely beautiful, remote, and peaceful. Our dogs loved being able to run and play and we had peace of mind knowing they were safe. The stars are stunning at night. Scott was super responsive when we had a question. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Such a great spot!! It was my first time camping alone and I could not be happier with the site I chose. It’s so secluded and serene, I was able to fully relax and enjoy my trip in peace. I brought my cat along, who also had a wonderful time with so much to explore. I will definitely be coming back!!

The property is absolutely beautiful you nestled away in your own little place the site is clean the stars were amazing at night and the owner is a great person. My wife and I would recommend this spot to anyone. Thanks for a great weekend!

We loved setting up our truck camper on Scotts property. All of the set ups were there and he gave clear instructions on how to access everything. Down a gravel town road there is a gate to the property, then down a dirt road and you are in secluded heaven. We were there for 8 nights and didn't see 1 person. All we heard were owls at night and an occasional dog barking in the far, far distance. We loved the solitude which we really wanted and needed. There were some trails marked around the property and some ATV/logging roads? But whichever route we chose, it took us through private woods. My dog absolutely loved it! She was so happy to have us living her life for a little bit....napping outside on the grass whenever we felt like it, playing games and just being in the moment. We drove up to Wellsville, NY a couple of times and they had everything we needed, it was a beautiful drive. You can get firewood at several spots along this route and in Wellsville itself, along with groceries and alcohol. There is an Amish farm that sells baked goods on Fridays and Saturdays on the left as you approach Wellsville, definitely try their goods, especially the little turnovers. We will definitely be back to Scotts place, we loved it!

Beautiful spot! We had a wonderful time relaxing, enjoying nature and the views from our 32 ft camper. Easy time setting up and leaving. Our dogs had a blast running around and not having to be on leashes. We went on walks during the day and had campfires at night. The sky was perfect for star gazing. This was such a nice getaway and we will definitely go again! Scott was a great host and always responded quickly when I would have a question. 5 stars!

Scott’s land was exactly what we were looking for. Completely secluded, full hookups, nice spot to park our 24 foot camper. We had more than enough room to fit our two vehicles as well. There’s private trails for ATVs too!! Scott had great communication and responded very quickly. Loved our stay here and we will be back again! Thanks again Scott.

We loved what the site had to offer! Peace and quiet, middle of the woods with only those that you want to be with with nearby. The dogs loved the wide open field to run and play in and that they didn’t have to be confined to a fenced in area/leash. Though the weather was not great and we didn’t get to explore the trails, we are already talking about coming back and checking them out another time!

We absolutely loved our stay at 100 Acre Wood. So peaceful, surrounded by beautiful forests, and the meadow has a nearly complete view of the night sky, which was incredible. Full hookups for our trailer was an extra plus. Hiking trails through the woods were steps from our "front door." Scott was super responsive throughout and a great host. We will definitely come back to this 100 acre slice of heaven!

We loved our stay in the meadow in the middle of the 100 acre wood. It was wonderful having the whole place to ourselves. Beautiful settings and wonderful star gazing right from your camp site. We did travel to Cherry Springs State Park one night to star gaze too (about a 35 min drive).
