Amazing experience. My girlfriend and I are camping outside our country for the first time. It was great to be in contact with farm animals again, we were missing this activity so much. There are plenty of spaces to pitch your tent and everything is perfect. Many thanks to the owners for being so attentive. Ps: be careful with the cows near your tent hahaha

Such an amazing camp! Six sites to choose from, varying in distance from the indoor bathroom. Unlimited firewood, friendly pups, and brilliant nature. Mike was friendly and accommodating. Each site has a fire pit, chairs, tables, picnic table, and a charcoal grill. Only downside was having to carry all of our things to the site (we had a lot of things) but Mike said he's working on a drive in site. Would highly recommend!

Lovely hosts that made this special place even more magical! The critters were so friendly and clearly well taken care of with lots of love and attention. What a great campsite, so many places to choose from, beautiful lake view and the animalssss! So sweet and waking up to them in the mornings was such a delight. I went with a handful of friends and we all had such a great experience.

Weekend Trip to Lehigh Gap view at Josephine’s Farm

We had a lovely time! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The view is beautiful, each campsite has lots of room, and helpful amenities like a full bathroom and firewood helped make our trip even better than we expected! The sites are on a bit of an incline and there really isn’t any shade, but neither of these things caused us any trouble so as long as you’re prepared for that you will have a great experience. We will absolutely be camping here again!

Had a hiking reunion with friends from college at the outlier inn. The pictures don't do it justice! The place is amazing! Such amazing vibes from josh and everyone we met at the inn from the start of booking until checkout. Truly can't recommend enough!

Weekend Trip to Lake Front Campsite !!!

This was our second time here! It’s a beautiful and peaceful spot.highlight of this trip was an incredible fire fly show! There were millions of them lighting up in the trees around the pond, and especially in the field a few hundred yards down the road. It was magical. We had great weather this time, so we got enjoy the diving board and slide into the water. I highly recommend it and we will stay here again for sure!

Paul and Marilyn were my ideal hosts, laid back, fun, and totally capable. They welcomed us and gave the lay of the land, then we had privacy to explore and see all the animals! Truly an amazing experience to live beside animals that i can't recommend enough. There's also many amenities for a comfortable stay.

Weekend Trip to Lake Front Campsite !!!

What a nice piece of property! We really enjoyed ourselves. The site is near a backroad that did not bother us. Very friendly people in this area. Well maintained site with great views. We rented and used the rowboat equipped with life vests. T-Mobile cell service as well as our T-Mobile internet gateway worked great. Can’t wait to return.

Great location for us, as we were heading to the NASCAR Race! We lucked out and got a shady spot for the afternoon but in the morning not so much! Left early to the race anyway! Nice having the river right there also! The host was very helpful when we had any questions.

Weekend Trip to Butternut Grove Camp on the River

I had the perfect weekend at Butternut Grove. We stayed at site 35 which is in the grove section. There is the perfect amount of tree coverage for shade and it still gives that woodsy feel. You’re right by the river and so you can hear the noises at night which was awesome. We enjoyed lounging by the river during the day, watching the fly fishers and playing in the water. We met the owner, Paul, as well as his kids and the owners have gotta be the best part of the campground. They helped us out a ton getting settled, brought us fire wood, and offered to have us for dinner along with the other campers. Overall 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to come back

We loved Beaverwood Farm ! The hosts Paul & Marilyn are such warm wonderful people whom made us feel comfortable and welcome. The farm animals made us laugh and they are so sweet. We fed them some treats (veggies and corn) and they were our best friends. There were a lot of other people which was great because we did not feel alone. We are beginner campers so this is a great place to start. I highly recommend this place because we had a great time. It is very clean and well maintained. The G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Time) of the goats :-)

Trails Head Tiny House

Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is not an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house. The space The Tiny House is located in a very private and remote location that sits next to thousands of acres of state land with beautiful hiking trails and access to the Neversink River. Guest access Private and easy parking with short hike down hill to the site if you are unable to drive directly to the site (NOTE: During the winter months all guests must park in the designated parking spot and hike to the site. You cannot drive as a result of the unpredictable weather) While the hike is short, some parts are steep, so please walk slowly and take your time. Driving to the site can only be done during the spring and summer months and requires a high clearance Truck, Jeep or SUV with all wheel drive or 4-Wheel Drive ONLY. Keypad on the front door for easy entry. Other details to note Unless you have an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle, Please DO NOT drive or attempt to drive to the tiny house site. IF you decide to drive an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle, it is at your own risk and the owners are not responsible for any damages. (NOTE: During the winter months all guests must park in the designated parking spot and hike to the site. You cannot drive as a result of the unpredictable weather) Please keep in mind the WIFI and lights are solar powered, therefore we cannot always guarantee its consistency. Please also note this site is off grid with a rain-catch water system, therefore we cannot guarantee there will always be running water. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT DRINK THIS WATER. The outdoor shower has been updated with a hot water rain catch system. Please be conscious of your water usage, as the water for the shower is collected via a gutter system. If you run out of water in the shower you will need to wait for the next rainfall for it to collect and build back up. During the late fall and winter months, this site will be open to winter campers who come prepared with the necessities and truly know how to winter camp. There will be no running water during this time and the solar will not work as well as it does during the summer months. We recommend not using the electric during the daytime hours, as this helps conserve power for when you will need to use it at night. We provide the following linens: fitted sheet for the full size bed in the loft, 4 sleeping bags, and 4 pillows. Anything additional must be brought by the guest.

Welcome to Trails Head Cabin! Fully renovated a couple of years ago, this quaint and rustic cabin has reclaimed barn wood doors and accent walls hand built by my husband, Rich. The cabin is located on a quiet dead end road, this cabin sits at the head of the Neversink River unique area and offers activities such as hiking, fishing and hunting. There are a variety of bars and restaurants located in the small town of Rock Hill, as well as our local Farmer's Market every Saturday only during the summer months. The cabin is a short trip away from the local grocery store, a five minute drive to Resorts World Casino and Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. A twenty-five minute drive to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (sight of the 1969 Woodstock Festival). OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Please respect our non-smoking policy. There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed in the cabin. A $200 charge will be applied if you do smoke inside to cover the additional cleaning costs. No Drugs or illegal activity. No Smoking or vaping. No incense or candles. We always like our guests to know ahead of time that there is mild to moderate vehicle and foot traffic near the hiking trails during the day. As this location has become more and more popular, the individuals who come to hike, bike, fish, hunt, etc. are required to parallel park their cars on the opposite side of the road. However, our property is private and clearly posted, and may only be used by our guests. The cell phone service is very weak when you first arrive at the cabin however, once you are connected to the WiFi you should have capability to call and text. The River's Edge

The River's Edge campsites sit on the shoreline of the Delaware River at the western edge of New York State overlooking the mountains of Pennsylvania. Our canvas tents and open air platforms perch between the river and the former Delaware & Hudson Canal which was once was used to transport raw goods by barge to New York City via the 'port' of Port Jervis. The remnants of the canal walls are throughout the property including a 300 person theater which we created to both preserve and feature this industrial history. It also makes a great place for an event or a movie night. Today, the original canal towpath, along which barges would be pulled and floated downstream, is a trail that links all of the campsites over 5 acres and at the furthest end an eel fishing camp that is in operation from June to October (say 'hi' to Jim). In the early 1900s, the train replaced the canal as the primary method of moving goods into New York and if you are lucky — you will hear the train rumble by along the river on the Pennsylvania side. There is something spectacular in the absolute still and grandness of the river, the mountains and the ongoing industrial history of the valley. It is a reminder of the way things used to be. The farmhouse and cabins are located opposite the campsites on other side of route 97. Next to them are 50 acres of wild forest to hike and explore. These accommodations are great for guests who want more amenities but still with easy access to river. Pair campsites and cabins so that all your guests have their best experience. The main cabin, Belle's Cabin, is made from hand hewed logs and is the only cabin furnished with a king size bed. All cabins come equipped with full bathrooms, updated kitchens, wood stoves, and the main cabin has a walkout porch on the second floor. All cabins have climate controlled heating/cooling units as well as hot water. Camp David was originally a German hunting camp at the turn of the 20th century. It was later donated to the Boy Scouts in the 1940’s. By the 2000’s, it was left abandoned at which time I purchased it and began to restore it back to its true form while maintaining the cabin life integrity. I am a contractor and arborist by trade and the last ten years I have worked hard to bring the site back to life. The camp consists of 13 acres abutted by 100's of acres of state park land. There are two stocked ponds connected by a cascading stream, multiple fire pits with seating, furnished gazebo with wood stove, picnic tables, and multiple park benches located throughout the property. The site is an open (no trees) level gravel pad with water, sewer and electric connections plus high speed WiFi. There are tall oak trees adjacent to the lot. The site has a fire ring and a picnic table. Big Bear campground is gated for security (you will be assigned a code) and has an outdoor pool (summer only), a playground and picnic pavilion, and walking trails. There is a community dumpster. Shopping, eateries, ice cream, pizza, a brewery-restaurant, groceries and laundry in Hawley are within a 7 minute (3 mile) drive. The Lake dam at sunset is popular. Walt’s Landing marina on Lake Wallenpaupack is within a 4 minute (1.5 mile) drive. The interior campground roads have speed bumps and an owner-enforced posted 5.5 mph speed limit. A leashed pet and a supplemental tent for those in your party are allowed. There are evening quiet hours.

A 2 wheele drive vehicle can make it to all campsites but i would recommend 4 or all wheele drive for the lowersites as the trail can be slick when wet.
