- We live in a small off-grid cabin and converted school bus (Skoolie) camper on the property from ~June 23-Aug 30th. We may not be on-site other dates.
- Split aged firewood for purchase is stored at your site. Pay as you go. Your first crate of wood is included. Please don’t cut standing trees. You’re welcome to forage for kindling.

I took this trip with my adult son and I was as tranquil and a bounty of wildlife. The sunsets are great and you’re perch on a hill overlooking a lake so quite scenic. If you want to totally disconnect be at peace and rough it a little this is the place for you. There is a a generator for light, heat and a refrigerator. We took our own portable compost and a small rinse king system to wash up..
Cooking outside was a thrill for my son as well, we gather wood from the surroundings.
Konsztantine was very responsive and quite hospitable. Quick responses to whatever we asked. Best in class host. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

What a nice site! Exactly as described and nicely secluded and quiet. Tent was very spacious and clean. Plenty of firewood was available for purchase and the outhouse was spotless. Will definitely be planning a return visit…perhaps during warmer months to explore the nice creek flowing behind the site. Adam was also very responsive and easy to work with.

Staying at this glamping site right on the Delaware River was an incredible experience. Totally gorgeous and private. The hosts were so kind and gracious; they went out of their way to make us comfortable and even surprised us with a thoughtful little anniversary gift when we arrived. The site is easy to find and has good cell service. Highly recommended for a peaceful and romantic getaway.

Weekend Trip to Riverhouse Farm
Our stay at Riverhouse Farm couldn’t have fallen on a more perfect weekend. We enjoyed how conveniently placed and framed everything was. From the view of the river from the tent, sitting around the fire as the moon rises between the trees, or where the sun and moon sit perfectly when they’re at the peak and the trees that frame it. We slept comfortably in the canvas tent and using the wood burning stove was easy. Conveniently, there’s a grill which made cooking a lot easier. The fresh eggs cooked over the fire were superb! We arrived later than we had hoped and in the dark so we missed the tent off to the right when we got there but were able to find it. I would love to visit again this time next year! Such a memorable trip.

A perfect mini weekend getaway! Richard met us on arrival and gave us a wonderful tour. He was also super communicative leading up to our stay which was great. The picnic table/ cupboard came in really handy for prepping and eating meals. During our stay the river was on the shallower side, but that didn’t deter us from getting out on the river to fish and explore. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to unwind and spend some time on the river!

It is exactly as advertised, and the amenity efforts (e.g. precut wood, 5 G of water by the site, a propane heated shower and more!) were the exact things that only save you time and energy to enjoy the more relaxing parts of camping. With the stream alongside, it is such a fun and special spot!

Beautiful creek. Quiet and very secluded.
The place was set up perfectly w dry wood and a nice setup for grilling. Also a torch to ignite and kindling. Our cooler fit great in the bearproof box and so did a lot of our other stuff. We appreciated the hammock being there and the tent was great. Roomy and clean. Easily fit a queen and two twin air mattresses and all our bags with room to spare. Bathroom was clean and nice, Wash sink was far from the site not as useful as we would have hoped but no big deal.
Adam and Karen were very nice and helped us get heavy items up to and back from the site. Some of the spots on the trail up are steep so pack light or ask the hosts for help getting up.
Once youre up the hill you wont really want to go back and forth

My girlfriends and I had the best campy, elvin, woodland forest time on Adam’s property. It’s stunning! The forest is so friendly, there’s an incredible waterfall right by the tent, and the hosts themselves were so kind and welcoming. This spot is perfect for anyone wanting a get away that feels secluded but offers the amenities of a nearby town and hosts (if you need them—they are super responsive and helpful).
Upon arriving, the hosts were home to help us lug our stuff up the 5ish minute hike to the camp spot with an atv. That was a life saver for how much we packed. I do recommend you have some agility to be able get to the camp spot, especially carrying some of your stuff. It’s not a long way up but it’s a hike. At the top it’s well worth it for the privacy, we were never told we were being loud even though we danced all night around a campfire and howled at the moon.
The spot itself has everything you need. Spacious, cozy tent slept 4 of us comfortably, a locked case to put the cooler when sleeping or away, a table, a fire pit, and even a shower for after you go tubing on the Delaware! You can’t go wrong here. We will definitely be back again and again!!

Amazing camping spot, super beautiful, cozy and wonderful hosts! Adam and Karen are so kind and accommodating - they made our stay better than we could have imagined! We were visiting out of town so they lent us bedding and mattresses that were great. The site is situated right next to a serene creek that you can hear that lulls you gently to sleep. A short hike up a trail means you are surrounded by trees and nature rather than other people. The outdoor shower is so so nice with hot water. Thanks for making our stay so stellar!

Weekend Trip to Riverhouse Farm
We really enjoyed our stay at Riverhouse Farm. The location is beautiful, set right along the banks of the Delaware River, which made for a peaceful and scenic backdrop. Richard greeted us upon arrival and was incredibly kind and accommodating, which immediately made us feel welcome.
The site itself is comfortable and well-kept. The tent was clean, the air mattress held air well, and the firepit came with a sturdy cooking surface that was easy to use. We especially loved floating on the river and watching the boats drift by—it was very relaxing. For those looking for adventure, the Mount Tammany hiking trail is just a short drive over the bridge and offers a challenging climb with truly spectacular views.
The only thing to note is that the site isn’t particularly private. The driveway to the owners’ home runs right behind the tent and outdoor shower, so it’s possible to see cars drive by while you’re showering. Richard and his wife also enjoy walking along the lane, so you may encounter them from time to time.
Overall, it’s a unique and enjoyable spot with a mix of comfort and outdoor adventure. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This location was so peaceful, and we really appreciated the fresh eggs and firewood. The eggs were delicious. The river was perfect for the kids, and even our dog had a blast. The water temperature was great, but definitely bring water shoes since it can get slippery in spots. We’d absolutely love to return if Richard and Mary would have us.
