Set up camp overlooking what used to be a grassy yard, but is now a walkable wildflower meadow. Enjoy the meadow paths and entire property's yard. Pets are welcome, but must be leashed at all times - our dog is friendly, but will also be leashed when outside. The house and barn were built in the late 1800s and are currently being restored. Enjoy the private back acre of our 2-acre parcel. RV parking is separated from the main house by a barn and Morton building. Set up camp overlooking what used to be a grassy yard, but is now a walkable wildflower meadow. Enjoy the meadow paths and entire property's yard. Pets are welcome, but must be leashed at all times - our dog is friendly, but will also be leashed when outside. The house and barn were built in the late 1800s and are currently being restored. There will be no construction activity during your stay, but there may be assorted projects in process visible near buildings. Please do not enter buildings unless accompanied by a property owner. Many restaurants, breweries, distilleries and parks are just minutes away in Bellefonte! When visiting them, we recommend going straight out of our driveway onto Clemens instead of turning right onto Valentine Hill. Valentine has tight turns that are a challenge to navigate in an RV or with a trailer.

What a lovely location and well appointed tiny home! We had all that we needed and the contact person was very reachable for questions. Cabin 24 is set apart from the other ones and feels very peaceful/private. The warm from the house melted a path on the deck and stairway for easy access, despite the snow and ice. While we did not make use of the camp store, it was great to know there was extra firewood available for purchase if needed. I would recommend staying here for quiet, clear, starry skies, and the small hikes throughout the property. There is plenty to see without leaving the grounds, but the location is very convenient for antiquing and general shopping, lots of parks and sights nearby. We enjoyed all the fresh animal tracks in the snow one morning after an evening snowfall. What a cozy winter getaway this was!

I absolutely loved my stay at Campground #79. It was the perfect escape from the city …peaceful, clean, and cozy in every way. The cabin had everything we needed, from a super relaxing hot tub to excellent heating that kept the space warm and comfortable. The host was amazing; attentive, responsive, and great with communication. They walked us through check-in and check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this cabin for both couples and families looking to disconnect and recharge. The location also has plenty to do, with nearby restaurants and activities, all neatly listed in the guidebook inside the cabin. It truly had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway. Would definitely stay again

I loved the tiny home. My partner and I had a great time. Definitely bring cooking equipment though if you plan to cook. I wasn’t sure whether to bring any, and saw it said it had basic cooking equipment but it wasn’t much to work with. Other than that everything was great. Easy to navigate and arrived without issue. Came late so couldn’t find the cabin, but customer service was great and helped navigate us in the dark. Would definitely recommend and come back to the campground when it’s warmer out!

Pear Cove is a great place to stay. We have stayed several times to watch our daughter’s final season playing soccer for a local college. We have always had a great time with no issues. The pad is as nice as you will find with newly poured concrete and equally new full hookups. The pad is the perfect size for our 30ft class A. It is a quiet location in the country but only 10 minutes to Lock Haven University and any amenities you may need. The hosts are also awesome people that make sure all is as it should be. We highly recommend this location.

Best campground I've stayed at, hands down. Neat as a pin, quiet, no amenity neglected or forgotten. Tiny house #80 is just perfect - you can't go wrong. Comfortable beds, lots of space (for at least 3 adults or more), great drip coffee (supplied), plenty of towels and TP, hot water galore, comfortable couch and dinner table, generously sized refrigerator and cool little kitchenette (and if it's your thing, 3 flat screen TVs - one in each BR!). I highly recommend Bellefonte Campground. We will be back!!

Weekend Trip to Meadow View Near PSU
We had a great weekend staying at Amanda’s land for the weekend for a Penn State game. Just 15 mins from Beaver Stadium it’s a quick ride. We parked our car and set up camp. Amanda was very hospitable and I would recommend this spot. Also great views of the meadows, we were lucky enough to have a beautiful sunset as we cooked up some burgers and dogs.

This was our first time camping with our camper and this spot was perfect! A quiet weekend getaway was just what we needed and it was so nice to be in the comfort of the farm setting. Very quiet, but a quick drive to restaurants stores and other things to do. The garden was amazing, we made fresh salsa with the tomatoes, peppers and dill. The wifi was a bit unstable but we weren't complaining because it felt wonderful to unplug. We spent most of our time at the fire pit relaxing with our pups who seemed to enjoy their time just as much as we did! Thanks Erin for a great trip.
