We call our 10 acre, secluded property Cold Springs. We have spent 15 years here curating lovely areas to relax, party at and invite others to call it a home away from home. The camping areas are in the back of the property and are surrounded by woods and secluded from view of the house. There are paths leading to the pond which is a great reading area and fishing spot plus a canoe and paddleboat to enjoy. Last summer (2022) we added a tipi to the camping area. We are located right outside of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Our area is home to many amazing restaurants, several breweries and cute downtown shops.

Enjoy the private back acre of our 2-acre parcel. RV parking is separated from the main house by a barn and Morton building. Set up camp overlooking what used to be a grassy yard, but is now a walkable wildflower meadow. Enjoy the meadow paths and entire property's yard. Pets are welcome, but must be leashed at all times - our dog is friendly, but will also be leashed when outside.
The house and barn were built in the late 1800s and are currently being restored. There will be no construction activity during your stay, but there may be assorted projects in process visible near buildings. Please do not enter buildings unless accompanied by a property owner.
Many restaurants, breweries, distilleries and parks are just minutes away in Bellefonte! When visiting them, we recommend going straight out of our driveway onto Clemens instead of turning right onto Valentine Hill. Valentine has tight turns that are a challenge to navigate in an RV or with a trailer.

Our camper lot sits along the Juniata River, farmland, and the Appalachian Mountains. It is a small half acre lot in the country with power, water, and septic dump. It is a flat lot with grass and a large gravel area for an RV that overlooks the river. There is firewood on site for camp fires. Burnt Timbers Winery is one mile down the road along the river. This is a beautiful place to kick back and enjoy the beautiful scenery of central PA.

A gorgeous property at the foot of Elephant mountain with the Elk Run creek edging the back yard area, provides hours of relaxation listen to the stream, fishing and wading in the creek.
Huge maple trees where a maple sugar shack was once on the property provides a wooded area by the stream where you can set up a tent or sleep in hammocks and listen to the stream.
There is a gorgeous completely renovated house on the property that may also be rented. The property is shared.
We provide a picnic table, and a fire ring. Fire wood available for additional fee. There could be two sites, one has electric and both have water. If you are camping together, contact me for additional information and fee for more than one RVs.
Bring a water filter, water is safe but has the sulfur smell. A charcoal filter is recommended.
The circular driveway provides easy access. Toy hauler or horse trailers welcome. ATV can get in the DCNR connector trail right from the driveway. Hunters are welcome to hunt the many acres of public land in the area. Not permitted on our property.
There is wildlife including bear, deer and Turkey we often see ducks, eagles, gross beaks, and cardinals just to name a few.
This is the place to come to park you RV and retreat to the creek in back of property if you want time to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
There may be other people on the property if we are there or if the house is rented. There is plenty of space for all.

This has been one of our favorite spots on our 8wk trip! So pretty, great hookups, beautiful site! Erin and Tim were so welcoming and we enjoyed talking with them! Beautiful location, we saw turkey and deer in the field. Even though it was a little tricky for us to get level with our size, we would love to come back here! The veggies were a great bonus, we got to pick so many peppers. Also a few carrots made a perfect salad! They provided firewood and even brought around more! Erin made some wonderful suggestions on places to visit- the Pine Creek Rail Trail was a great ride and Hyner View was stunning- with a bonus we got to watch a glider launch!! Just a great experience here that we would love to repeat! Thank you both so much, it was great to meet you!

We had a great stay at Juniata River Hipcamp in Granville, PA! The location is perfect for anyone who enjoys fishing, with the river close by and convenient access to the water. Ben was responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated that the site was dog-friendly. Having full hookups was a huge plus. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway with the camper and dogs, especially if you love spending time by the river and fishing. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at 4722 Retreat! The site was nice and private, and having full hookups was really convenient. We loved the fire pit and that firewood was included. Kevin was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was great for us since we brought our boat and wanted to fish. Raystown Lake is only about 30 minutes away, and there are several other fishing spots nearby, including the Juniata River. Our dogs also really enjoyed having the space. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Pear Tree Cove! The site was private, peaceful, and had full hookups. It’s close to some great fishing spots, and our dogs loved the campsite as well. Had an amazing experience at Pear Tree Cove for two nights of camping! Erin and her husband Tim were so accommodating and helpful even sharing local spots for me to visit while I was in the area. Beautiful concrete pad to set up on not to mention the surrounding garden with various vegetables and strawberries. Then there is the mountain spring water you connect to for your water source.
