Camper site was immaculate. It was super private, clean, flat and easy to get the camper parked and hooked up. The host was very kind with answering questions and helping trouble shoot some water issues I had and the location is quiet, dark and private. The fire pit was a nice touch and the beautiful barn you park behind has been meticulously restored. We will absolutely be staying again.

We needed a late night place to crash and really wanted to have some power to our camper. So Ben allowed us for a late check. In into everything went smoothly! Stunning property fairy wild captain maintained in totally worth it to have full hookups!

We absolutely LOVED staying at the barn! It was very secluded and we got to enjoy a beautiful countryside view. There’s a really nice firepit to have a campfire at while you watch the stars at night. Super easy to get to, nice flat level concrete pad with 30amp hookups along with sewer and water. Lots of space for parking. We had no issues and we have a 46ft beast of a 5th wheel! Ben and his family were so sweet and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks. We also travel with 2 big shepherds and a medium sized dog. They loved running and playing in the fields!

Ben’s property was the perfect camping spot. The location was convenient to state parks to explore. It was very quiet and private. We loved camping here. Our dogs enjoyed it as well. We already booked another visit in a few months, and look forward to returning!

Peaceful country retreat!

The weather was intense but the dog and I were able to make the most of it! I had a great stay and explored the Rosecarns Falls while I was there…highly recommend! Ben was a fantastic host and it’s such a beautiful property to stay with a RV.

Ben was wonderful! When my van got stuck in the mud on a nearby property on the way to camp, he personally drove a backhoe over and pulled me out. Then he led me to the campsite AND parked my trailer for me. I can't put into words how thankful I was for his help. Above and beyond doesn't cut it. And the campsite it beautiful!

Beautiful property! Everything was pristine. The site was paved and level. Hookups are located right next to it. The furniture provided around the fire ring and the picnic table by the site are awesome. The fire ring is the perfect distance away from the site, so no smoke can go through windows.

We had a great time parked behind the barn! It’s a beautiful property, level pad and nice green grass right next to it. Everything was smooth and easy to hook up with ample parking. Ben was very nice and helpful!

RV Hook Up was great in a whole bunch of ways. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The site was not far from the main highway, but very rural. The directions to the site were very helpful. And what a site - clean, level pad behind a beautiful barn, with a wide, open field stretching out to the south. Some shade from the barn late in the day and a clear sky overhead at night. It doesn't get any better than this. Oh, wait, yes it does - full hook up! It was an unexpectedly cool night in August, but it was nice to know that we had electric for our AC if we needed it. Highly recommended!

Ben’s site was a great overnight stop along our drive home along Rt 80. It’s close enough to the highway for easy access but far enough away to be quiet and serene. Everything was exceptionally maintained and beautiful. Would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful overnight stay at Ben’s campsite. He was super communicative throughout our stay. The site is spacious and easy to back into with a flat surface. Full hookups include 30amp power, water, and sewer. The landscape is lovely surrounded by fields and the barn is beautiful. We saw some rabbits in the field! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing site

I stumbled on this Gem for an overnight stay for my trip. Conveniently off RT 80. The grounds were extremely well manicured and inviting. Having full hookups was a bonus. We enjoyed the great fire pit area in the evening and it was so quiet you could hear the horse drawn buggy going down the street. The Deer were feeding in the field and it turned out to be an amazing night and stay. Ben the host was great. I will definitely put this site on my list for a longer stay.

Spent one night at this RV spot and it was a lovely experience. The area is quiet and scenic, with beautiful views of the countryside on the way. The barn adds a charming rustic touch, and the spot was level and paved. We didnt get to take advantage of the firepit with the heavy rains and wished we could have. Great place to relax for the night and enjoy some fresh air. Would definitely stop here again if passing through!

Great camping spot. Easy to get to and nice parking area. Secluded with a great fire pit. I would highly recommend the barn and will definitely stay again if I am in the area.
