Cornerstone Ranch is a pristine Ranch of about 500 acres on the Rogue River and against the Pacific Ocean offering too many experiences to count. You can even bring your horse... FYI, Hipcamps map for site locations is not correct. Two go next to the driveway and the other four follow the creek. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you a few driveways away as that is the property line. Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large red "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. Welcome... The ranch offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet in off season and Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie and Chris the Hosts. They have tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about their guests! Would recommend!"

Welcome to a truly unique camping experience at Parker Learning Gardens—a 33-acre nonprofit educational farm rooted in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Just 10 miles north of Eugene, nestled between the storybook towns of Coburg and Harrisburg, you’ll find our hidden Bamboo Forest—a place where the land feels alive and time softens. 🌿 Your Stay Choose from tent platforms or primitive sites tucked deep within our 3+ acre Bamboo Forest, where towering bamboo and a canopy of mature Linden trees create a quiet, immersive world of green. Light filters through in shifting patterns, the air feels cooler, and the sounds of the outside world fade. Guests have access to a wood-fired earthen cob oven, an outdoor kitchen sink, and a covered picnic area—perfect for slow meals, shared stories, and evenings that stretch a little longer than expected. 🌱 Wander the Bamboo Forest This is a rare and established bamboo grove—over 35 years old and home to more than 40 varieties. Meandering trails wind through dense stands and open pockets, offering space to explore, reflect, or simply sit and listen. It’s a place that invites curiosity and calm in equal measure. 🍎 Discover the Farm (from the edges) Beyond the bamboo lies the broader life of the farm—over 500 fruit trees, animals, and 12 demonstration gardens. From spring through fall, the land is active with classes, workshops, and field trips. Note: To protect both guests and programming, we ask that casual exploration remain within designated areas (primarily the Bamboo Forest and Linden Grove). If you’d like a deeper connection to the farm—animals, gardens, and behind-the-scenes systems—we may be able to arrange a private educational tour for an additional fee, depending on availability. 🌾 Our Why Parker Learning Gardens exists to reconnect people with land, food, and ecological systems. Everything here is rooted in organic practices, regenerative agriculture, and thoughtful stewardship—this is a place of learning as much as it is a place of rest. 🌊 Nearby Adventures Just 5 miles from the I-5 Coburg exit, the farm sits along the historic Willamette River. The Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest is made up of 1.8 million acres and spans from the Western Cascades to the Siskiyou Mountains. With somewhere between 60 to 100 inches of rain per year this escape is filled with a diversity of green and a lone Rogue River. Port Orford Cedar and Douglas fir practically litter the mountainous, and meadow landscapes. Lakes and streams (200 miles of them) aren’t too uncommon, and the forest boasts the tallest Pine tree in the World (we’re not kidding folks). The Ponderosa Pine stands at 268.35ft, which is a little bit taller than your average industrial wind turbine.

I am going to be in early this year because of the lack of snow. I am going in March 22nd. I have taken the block off of the Gers and the camp sites. Once the gate is unlocked I will post it here that the gate is infact unlocked. We could still get some snow so communicate with me in the messages before you make a booking. 8 campsites and 2 original Mongolian Gers. The season for the camp sites is from June 1st to end of Sept and the Gers for 2025/2026 winter are blocked out from Nov 15/25 to May 15/26. Pets allowed, toilets on site, campfires permitted when burn ban is not in place. Now up until this year I have provided Free Firewood. I have quit doing that for a variety of reasons, the least being the cost and the work for me. I am encouraging everyone to purchase a Propane Fire Pit if you don't have one by now. I am not to the point yet of saying no big dogs. Talk to me if you think your "big dog" might not fit in. I don't like them running thru other campers sites, so just be respectful. Take them for walks along the lake.. No Yappers, no barking dogs, no pain in the butts. Why would you drive by 46 grocery stores and forget to bring ice? No loud music. I have changed quiet time to 9:00 PM. If you need to listen to the chaos/stressful music I suggest you start a band or become a DJ. What I want folks to get out of being here, whether they are camping or staying in the Gers is just to “take a break”. Relax, appreciate, assess and just listen. I hope what you hear is the sound of life and of course all the Angels that make up this special piece of Heaven. Then there is the silence. The best part of “Heaven”.

Ashland, OR · 3 sites · RVs, Lodging
This 200 acre property is located within the Cascade Siskiyou National Monument, a land bridge where two mountain ranges meet, creating immense biodiversity and natural beauty. Soda Spring is a bourgeoning community tended land located on the unceded territories of the Shasta, Takilma, Latgawa and Klamath peoples, just 10 minutes from the south end of Ashland, Oregon. The property is primarily oak savannah and pastureland, with adjacent fir/pine and madrone/manzanita forests and hillsides. The land sits in a valley where both Soda Creek and Carter Creek enter in to Emigrant Creek as it flows onward to Emigrant Lake, just a mile away. The land is being stewarded by a small group of humans and large community of wildlife and insects. Together we are slowly creating something special... including community event and classroom spaces, gardens, orchards, holistically managed ranch lands, campgrounds and wild places. Please note that we are a working farm with sheep, cattle, horses, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, pigeons and bees. We ask that you are considerate to all the life happening on the land, observing animals at a distance (except the cats, who will not allow for that) and being aware of electric fences. If you bring dogs to the land, (an option only with RV sites) do so at your own risk. Dogs will need to be leashed at all times and cleaned up after meticulously. Thank you for helping keep everyone safe and the land well cared for. Currently there are two vintage trailers and two RV sites available. By summer of 2026 we hope to also offer walk-in campsites by the creek!

Hi and welcome to Picknik Place LLC! This is a 20 acre farm, so there is plenty of land to roam free and explore, as well as having your privacy from the primary residents. With this spot, you are nestled under a juniper tree with a lava rock backdrop and can watch the sun dip below the volcanos in the distance. This spot is very simple and tucked away. While feeling remote and removed from the Bend tourism, it only takes 15 minutes to get downtown, where there are ample restaurants, shops, coffehouses, etc. It takes 7 minutes to get to Trader Joe's and Home Depot, and 10 minutes to get to St. Charles Hospital. Heads up- as many places in central Oregon, Picknik Place gets pretty dusty and dry in the summer months.

Nearby, you’ll find swimming spots, scenic drives, and within 30 minutes—hikes, markets, and community events throughout the Eugene/Springfield area.

Mitchell, OR · 1 site · Tent, RV
This 320 acre plot of land on which you can hike anywhere has been in our family since 1993. Large, graveled spot for tents or two vehicles with excellent view for miles and miles and night star gazing. Primitive outhouse. Juniper forest with sage brush... basically high desert vegetation. We only allow one reservation per night. You can arrange vehicles or tents to not be in view or block any view from house way above. 320 acres to hike and roam. Mitchell is 10 miles away with well stocked grocery and feed store, restaurants, small brewery, and tire shop. We give directions fairly quickly. Road is wide, but steep at top. 4 wheel drive is recommended. Very close to the Painted Hills Unit of the John Day Fossil Beds National monument, Ochoco National Forest is seven miles. John Day River for swimming, rafting about 20 minutes. If you can book, it means you can drive on up with out contacting us.  As you drive in if at night, you will see a light on the outhouse.
