Everything you’d ever want to do at the beach is within 30 minutes and the sunrise on the sound is gorgeous. Be prepared for mosquitoes, especially at dusk. Recommend spray or a bug light. Carteret County is now spraying our site for mosquitoes! With Cape Lookout National seashore and Fort Macon State Park under 20 minutes from us, you also have tons of outer-bank activities to choose from.

(Note: we don’t have a boat ramp, but kayaks and paddleboards can be launched easily from shore.) The water is brackish, and locals typically don’t swim in it. We can accommodate up to eight full-size RVs in drive-through sites (up to 55' in length). Tow vehicles can be detached and parked separately. We can also host four trucks or vans up to 25' in length in back-in sites. RV slots have 50A power and water, while truck and van sites have 30A power and water. We also offer one primitive tent site, with three to four more planned, and a glamping tent coming in Spring 2026. All sites include picnic tables and fire pits, and tent campers are welcome to use RV sites. Please note there isn’t much shade, so it can get hot in the middle of summer. This may be fine for RVs, but tent campers should keep an eye on temperatures. Spring, fall, and early winter are especially pleasant — perfect for sitting around a campfire under the stars. With very little light pollution, stargazing is excellent. Small solar torches provide a soft glow at night, but we recommend bringing a flashlight for walking after dark. Our bathhouse includes toilets and sinks. We do not currently have showers, but we’re working on adding them soon. As for location, we’re only a 12-minute drive from Oriental, the sailing capital of North Carolina — a charming, friendly town of just 999 residents. Despite its small size, Oriental hosts many local events throughout the year. We’re pet-friendly — we have dogs ourselves — and generally very lenient. Hands down one of the best hidden gems on the way to OBX. Their dog Fischer greeted us immediately, such a friendly pup, and friendly host/family. The lot is spacious, and the ponds are magical. We spent one night and honestly wish we would have been able to spend more time there! We will be back for sure. Thanks again

We had the pleasure of staying here in the beginning of November. It’s a very scenic spot by several ponds and surrounded by forest. They had even just put in an electrical hookup for us to use. Abegail was a very responsive hostess and her husband even lent me his fishing rod to use. I probably would have caught something if my dog hadn’t thought it was some kind of fetch game lol. Lots of room for my pets to roam about and I had a couple great fires while I was there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back someday!

Nice area quiet and well kept. everything you need to set up camp. The pad is a little quirky. Your power is on one side of the pad and water and sewer are on the other side. The pad I guessing is 36 feet wide, So you need to park according to how much cable or water line you have.I parked near the power so I had to run 25 ft of sewer line. and it goes up hill at the end so you had to walk out the drain line , There seems to be 2 inlets you need to look around for the lower one it is hidden in the grass. the other inlet sticks up so high it was difficult to get a good drane . both 50 and 30 amp are available. The water is Ocracoke water, I Never did like it You might want to bring bottle water , Although there is no problem with the water it is safe to use , I just don't like the water anywhere on the Island. no picnic table or trash cans. You can deposit trash at the trash depot next to the post office. Not far from town so community store is just a few minutes away as well as Restaurants and shops. If I keep RVing I will be back .

I had a good night at Evan's Farm made even better by the fact I was the only camper. Spoke to the owner who was very nice. The fishing was good and the night sky was great. Pretty quiet place which is just what I was looking for. Would definitely come back.

Just leaving after such a relaxing week. My favorite place to vacation and was so glad to find this spot. Large site, easy access, I did not see a picnic table or trash bins, the electric and sewage are on opposite sides so you may need extra hose and park in the middle of pad. I would definitely return and am already looking at dates to re book

Host was awesome! Beautiful sunset and sunrise view on the vineyard. Will definitely go back again. The local town doesn’t have much to offer, so come prepared and stocked! River kayaking, hiking, and plenty of wildlife!

Great stay! Great communication and great hosts! It was a perfect stop for us after an all day drive before we headed down the outer banks. Also a good base location to do all of the Manteo, Nags Head, and Kitty Hawk shinanigins. The bunnies made it feel like a fairy tale for the kids :) us to actually.

Nice quiet area. Well maintained spot with newer hookups. We enjoyed our time there! Great water pressure ! The nearby waterfront town was very nice, very walkable! Logan is a great host , communication was easy breezy.
